Yizhishang Hotel (Harbin Railway Station Museum Subway Station)

I had an amazing stay at Yitel Railway Museum and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Harbin. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways, especially in terms of cleanliness, room size, and service. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and spotless, making our stay extremely comfortable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything neat and fresh. The service attitude of the staff was exceptional—they were always polite, friendly, and eager to help. They even went the extra mile by providing us with extra bottles of water without hesitation and assisting us with taxi bookings, which made our trip so much easier. Another highlight is the hotel's superb location. It’s conveniently situated near the MRT, with plenty of restaurants and malls within walking distance. Traveling around Harbin was incredibly convenient thanks to this perfect location. Overall, Yitel Railway Museum provided an excellent experience with top-notch hospitality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Location was good, metro station was just around the corner. Easy access to everywhere with shopping malls nearby. Free laundry was a plus point for us. We did a 2 x 2 days booking separately due to trips out of Harbin. Hotel is able to store your luggage for you. The only drawback was Didi. The road in front of the hotel is not accessible by Didi drivers, almost all the time my pickup will be cancelled by drivers. It is a huge inconvenience for travellers whom do not have local numbers for their drivers to call and locate you. Dropoff not a problem though as you are able to do a short walk back to hotel where ever the driver is able to drop you. Having said that, every other things are good enough for us
