Hotel location is very strategic..nearby to famous zhongyang street about 4 min walking distance..and for muslim travellers like us this hotel is very near to muslim restaurant that is very delicious just 3 min walking distance..other nearby attractions spot is the morning market and songhua river cable car..its easy to get to the nearby metro station..about the service they are also great,front desk is very intuitive to help us answer all our questions,they gave us welcoming gift and goodbye gift as well..the room is also just nice for two of us,modern decoration,good floor heating,well equipped..they even let us to left our luggage during our journey to snow valley..overall if you from malaysia like me its highly suggested your book this hotel..

谢谢丽泽酒店！五个星星给你们！Super clean, "hilton like" interior design with smart switches everywhere. Reception and cleaning auntie are helpful and friendly. Window can be opened for fresh winter air. Located near to Hongzhun market, Zhongyangjie and St Sophia, metro station! I LOVE HARBIN - Thank you Harbin for unforgettable memories. I miss Harbin so much!!!!

Friendly Family Hotel. The location, fasilities, aminities was superb and everyday my family got present infront of the lobby. You can wash your belonging everyday freely and had a dryer. The location was nearby to international dishes and muslim restaurant. You can walk about 5 minutes to harbin station, 5 minutes to Zhongyang Street, 10 minutes to Cable Car and memorial park. 15 minutes to Sophea Cathederal. The staff was really comited and friendly to the international tourist. Plus, they are willing to learn and veryhelpfull. I really recommend to international tourist who was 1st time wishes to come to Harbin. The water was really clean and safety comes 1st.

15walk to Saint Sophia's Church & about 1 mins to the famous morning market (红专早市）.
Need & tidy modern room.
Not to forget their cute doorstep robot delivery machine.
Received local sweets (糖葫芦）& fruits （凍梨）upon checking in to the hotel is a very good gesture.

Excellent hotel in Harbin. The service at reception was extremely friendly & welcoming. Our room was gorgeous with large windows facing on the main road, and the bed very comfy. Everything was clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the kind gifts! :)

酒店很乾凈，也沒有異味，香香的，設備都很齊全，小冰箱裏有免費的飲品，WiFi也很快，雖然衹住了兩天，但是體驗感很好！位置也很好找，離地鐵口很近，出門右轉100米就是中央大街中間位置，去哪都很方便。前台的小妹妹們人都很好，很熱情，給升級了房間，給推薦了飯店。訂外賣也都是機器人送，很安全也很方便！房務大姐人也很好，有什麼需求都能幫。大堂有免費的飲品。離店的時候還送了小禮品，真的很温馨。很推薦！
