Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.

I was amazed at the hotel. The room was beautiful and large, has a minibar, a nice tv and breakfast was served. The breakfast consisted of a normal Vietnamese breakfast including eggs, some sweets and fruits as well as, café, juices and water the hotel was very clean and the bathroom well stocked. The front desk was extraordinary. Very helpful in helping me find places to change money, including drawing me a map. I checked in for an extra night unaware my friends out of town had rented me a private car to drive me 150 kilometers north of Hanoi. I checked out thinking I had lost the money for the extra night. To my surprise they refunded me 3/4 of the price. The are is full of shops and restaurants, also within walking distance to attractions. I want to thank the front desk for their help. I will stay there upon my return south.

The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre but taking grab can solve the problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us an early check-in as we arrived a bit earlier than expected. Calling grab from the hotel was easy as many drivers dropped off customers at the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean, however the sound proof was not up to standard. We heard really loud noises from outside during midnight. The view was great with the lake.

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

Ich bleibe im Mai mit Michael in diesem Hotel, mit dem ich in Hanoi vorher expressiv in den alten Vierteln verblieben habe. So war ich froh, nach ein paar Jahren wieder mit Michael zu sein! Er ist so gut mit mir, ihn zu schreiben, dass ich wieder komme und hatte eine Antwort zurück über Nite. Dieses Hotel ist ein hervorragender Preis für Ihr Geld und ihr Service ist über alles andere, was ich in meinen Reisen erlebt habe! Was auch immer Sie brauchen, Michael wird für Sie arrangieren, ob Taxi vom Flughafen Luxusbus nach Sapa oder eine Reise nach Halong Bay organisiert. Auch Lucy, die dort arbeitet und ist großartig freundlich lächelnd Gesicht zu begrüßen! Michael Ich werde im September wieder sein, hoffe ich mit Ihnen wieder. The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

Es war schön, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Die hier arbeitenden Leute waren so süß und hilfreich. Sie halfen uns eine Tour reservieren, so Sapa. Die Lage ist großartig und das Fo, das Sie auf der Ecke erhalten, ist unserer Meinung nach das Beste, das wir während unserer 4 Wochen in Vietnam hatten. Aber buch es nicht über Agoda. Sie zeigen nicht den richtigen Preis.

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !

Die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Alle Serviceleistungen des Personals sind tip top. Der Manager ist hilfreich, um viele Informationen zu Touristenattraktionen und Restaurants bereitzustellen. Sie arrangierte sogar ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen für uns, während wir um 6:30 Uhr zum Flughafen fuhren. Wir kommen wieder.👍👍👍

Wunderbares Hotel mit sehr hilfsbereitem Personal! Wir genossen die Mahlzeiten im Club Lounge am meisten! Wir werden unsere Freunde definitiv empfehlen zu kommen!
