Really enjoyed my stay. The location is good. Just opposite Lotte Mall. Near to everywhere. Good food a Hotel's Cafe name Broadard. Good food . The hotel is clean, safe & comfortable.

The room is cozy and spacious. The staff is kind and friendly. I will definitely stay here for my next trip to Hanoi.

Great location, very clean, nice food. However the service is really bad. I had to request and explain many times to the receptionist as well as the room staffs to put the 2 single bed into a king size bed as per my booking requirement. However, they did not cooperate and try to find reason not to do it. It took almost an hour for them to make a decision to finally do it for me. Such a bad experience. As a regular biz traveller to Vietnam, this is my 1st time experience this kind of unprofessional service for an international brand hotel. Very disappointed. I hope you will improve it otherwise this would be my last visit to this hotel.

Hotel is not recently renovated, but it is well-kept and clean. Close to malls and restaurants.

The hotel is very nice, the bed very comfortable, the room is big, and is located close to Hanoi International School, where I had a workshop.

This would have to be one of the worst hotels we have ever been to. From the minute we tried to cancel our booking (for a very personal reason) and get our money back, which the Hotel disallowed, we should have seen the warning signs. Check in was terrible, they would not co-operate with anything we requested. We stayed in a clubroom which was outdated, smelly and warm. The Air-Conditioning was poor. The Club lounge itself was probably the worst we have ever been to, limited drinks and food, which was never topped up and of poor quality. They watched everything you touched when in the lounge, like they did not trust anyone. The staff were very unhelpful and very hard to communicate with. Luckily, we only were there for one night..... which was one too much.
