Nicht empfehlenswert für Familienreisen, es ist für Rucksacktouristen oder Reisende geeignet, die mehr Zeit auf der Straße verbringen als drinnen. Das Zimmer ist super klein (15 m²) für 2 Personen, nicht sehr sauber und die Einrichtungen sind ziemlich alt. Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die Lage neben dem Sword Lake mit vielen Restaurants und Imbissen in der Nähe. Ansonsten kann ich in dieser Gegend immer noch bessere Alternativen finden, also … die Erfahrung ist ziemlich unbequem. P.S.: Nachdem ich mich über das Zimmer beschwert hatte, bekam ich ein Upgrade auf ein größeres. Es ist ok, aber immer noch nicht sehr sauber. Außerdem hatte ich das Gefühl, dass jemand meine persönlichen Sachen in meinem Gepäck berührt hat, aber ich habe keine Beweise dafür … Sie müssen also auf Ihre Sachen aufpassen, wenn Sie hier übernachten.

Clean room and near lake. You can go around hotel to eat,enjoy, travel.

The location of the hotel is very good, from here you can easy to go to almost of interest attractions of Ha Noi , either by bike or by walking. The amenities of the Hotel is very good, friendly and honesty people. Best to travel on the weekends, you can walking to Guom Lake Walking Street (The street only open from Friday night to Sunday night), Ta Hien Beer Street, St. Joseph Cathedral,.. Also have a cozy bar nearby, The Old Well Bar. Wish you guys have a good trip at Ha Noi Gia Huy 03/31 - 04/02

It was a nice classic mini hotel, accessible, near to restaurants, shops etc.The staff were friendly and helpful, it's just that when it was raining the lobby entrance was wet all over as the ceiling was dripping. Must fix it asap before someone will slide onto the floor.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived 3 in the morning. Upon entering the room we can see the stain on the quilt cover. We check inside theres a lot hair it's obvious someone used it before so we had to request the front desk to change all the linen. And everytime we come home back in the afternoon our bath amenities are not refilled. Need to request again from the front desk. Anyways, the location is quite near to attractions and old quarter.

Good location, very nearer to all tourist locations very quiet, neat and clean. Since we stayed at the end of Feb24 the price was so cheap.

The hotel is well located. It's not too far from the main old quarter area. The problem with the hotel is that the room was not clean. There were dirty towels on the floor while trash in the trash bins in both the bathroom and the dinning room. It is not acceptable. This was the first day we arrived and that was not a good start. Even though the problem was resolved and we were given a new room, it is super noisy in the morning (on the ground floor, next to the elevator and close to the reception) and we couldn't really sleep.

Location is centre of Hanoi and very close to lake . No window in rooms and breakfast is good and fresh food . Over all experience is good
