We truly have wonderful moments here in a luxury apartment and magnificent view. This is my 1 year wedding anniversary so i want it to be wonderful and fortunately the employee help me a lot. Thank you so much and i will be back someday.

This is such a luxurious apartment, we stayed in a very cozy, Japanese-style room. The interior is arranged sparklingly and luxuriously. The apartment is in a good location, cars can easily get around, near supermarkets and delicious restaurants. Easy way to check in, security and receptionist here are not their employees so you will check in yourself.

Tôi có chuyến công tác thường xuyên phải qua kim mã, ở linh lang rất nhiều lần rất ưng vì căn hộ sạch sẽ, dễ tìm giá cả phải chăng dịch vụ tốt, sẽ còn quay lại nhiều lần

이번이 두 번째 이용 이었습니다. 바로 길 건너에 롯데 호텔이 있고, 호텔 지하에 롯데 마트가 있어서 이용하기에 정말 편한 장소였습니다. 근처 호텔보다 저렴하면서도, 공간은 호텔방 보다 더욱 넓고 편안합니다. 1층에 데스크 직원과 보안키 출입 문이 있어서, 아무나 올 수 없는 곳이므로 안전합니다. 다만 주문한 음식이나 물건은 1층까지 내려가서 받아야 합니다. 같은 빌딩을 옆 동에 식당가가 있어서 멀리 나가지 않으셔도 됩니다. 다만 가격대는 조금 높습니다(특히 일식집) 가격, 청결도, 서비스 모두 만족하였습니다. 여러 번 출장 온 경험으로, 호텔 조식이 필요한 분이 아니라면 하노이에서는 호텔보다는 아파트먼트(스튜디오 형태가 아닌 아파트먼트 형태 추천) 단기 임대를 추천드립니다.

Here's the revised review with the company name "22 Housing" included: I am utterly disappointed with my recent stay facilitated by 22 Housing, which fell shockingly below advertised standards. Contrary to the beautiful photos promising a city or lake view, my room offered a dismal view of a neighboring building and a parking lot. The balcony, a feature I was looking forward to enjoying, was completely obscured by unsightly hanging sheets. The lack of cleanliness was appalling. I was greeted by a used soap in the bathroom, signaling a serious lack of attention to hygiene. Worse still, the presence of roaches in the room made my stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. Additionally, the advertised "self check-in" by 22 Housing was misleading, as I was left waiting for 30 minutes before I could access my room, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the interactions with the staff raised concerns about 22 Housing's practices. I was instructed to hide the keycard from building security, a request that seemed both suspicious and unprofessional. When I attempted to address these issues and check out early, 22 Housing refused to refund my remaining days, compounding the frustration of an already regrettable experience. I strongly advise against booking through 22 Housing. The misleading advertising, poor hygiene, lack of basic amenities, and dubious customer service practices suggest a profound disregard for guest satisfaction and comfort. I will be sharing this review across all platforms to ensure others are forewarned about this unacceptable accommodation.

Các bạn hướng dẫn nhiệt tình, không gian sạch sẽ. gia đình tôi đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời, nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, đáp ứng đúng nhu cầu của gia đình tôi khi mong muốn các phòng của các thành viên trong đoàn gần nhau và có view đẹp.
