Hanoi Paradise Center Hotel & Spa Bewertungen

Das Hotel scheint im Allgemeinen in Ordnung zu sein und ist sehr gut gelegen, aber unser Zimmer war nicht sehr schön. Das Hauptproblem war der Lärm, da wir uns direkt neben dem Spa befanden (schließt um 23:00 Uhr und jemand blieb vor unserer Tür herum und räumte bis etwa 1:00 Uhr auf) und über dem Restaurant (das Frühstück beginnt um 6:00 Uhr). Daher gab es ein schmales Fenster, um wirklich schlafen zu können. Bei allgemeiner Sauberkeit und Präsentation gab es bei der Renovierung Farbspritzer auf allen Möbeln, viele Haare, Ablagerungen am Wasserhahn und in der Dusche und Zahnpasta auf dem Spiegel. Außerdem war der Minikühlschrank in unserem Zimmer nicht eingeschaltet, als wir überprüften, warum er ausgesteckt war und der Stecker vom falschen Typ für die Steckdose war. Keine Ahnung, wann dieser Kühlschrank das letzte Mal funktioniert hat, wenn überhaupt. Wir haben unsere Pläne geändert und waren am Ende nur für eine Nacht dort. Ich würde es hier nicht empfehlen, wenn man bedenkt, dass man in Hanoi für den Preis viel besseres bekommen kann.

Located inside a small alley, staffs are friendly. Rooms doesn’t look very impressive, not very clean, old towels, below average toiletries provided in the toilet, hair dryer not functioning, and very poor sound proofing.

It is not hotel at all, but hostel. Understand the price is there, however, you cant image how small and old of this hotel. But the location is not bad

Phanh was very helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. Even after our booking, they graciously allowed us to leave our bags there, let us use the toilet to freshen up and even gave us free water. Thank you for the hospitality!

Good and clean, everything perfect… except door acoustic insulation perhaps. The location is perfect, not too central but still easy to visit Hoan Kiem. We recommend for a few days in HaNoi.

朝食がおいしかったです。 お布団がいい香りがします。 夜に少し停電がありしたが、朝には復活しました。 朝食に出来立てのフォー、スクランブルエッグ、オムレツなどがいただけますよ！

入住日期10/20-10/22 附迎賓飲料水果綠豆糕 入住期間隔壁在施工 吵雜聲就持續到17:00結束 入住後 房間裡的果蠅非常多 也發現淋浴間排水不順暢 再將行李往櫃子放時 竟然有兩包私人物品及一雙鞋 也立即請飯店人員前來查看 經過一番溝通 也從原本206號房換至202號房 謝謝🙏主管協助換房 服務人員都很親切🙏 早餐空間舒適 也有現煮河粉，很棒 糟糕的照片就像不上傳了 謝謝飯店人員的服務

我們第一晚到河內，居住的飯店，整體設施還不錯，但位置是在一個巷子進去，對於有大型行李箱的旅客，比較不易，但飯店的床，軟硬度我很喜歡，如果你是注重睡眠，會是個好選擇，整個房間被一個很大的床佔滿🤣

Nichts stimmt mit dem überein was auf den Hotelportalen steht. Kleine Zimmer, Toilette und Dusche sind eins, Waschbecken im Zimmer. Der Eingang ist eine schmale Gasse und man hat das Gefühl man geht in eine Stripbar.Bitte wegbleiben. Personal ist freundlich, bis es zum Auschecken geht, dann wird man aufgefordert eine 10 bei der Bewertung zu geben. Was offensichtlich viele Gäste auch getan haben. Natürlich verleidet der Preis mit ca 30€ für 4-Sterne(???) . Aber die Bewertungen sollten für andere Reisende fair sein und nicht vom Personal erzwungen.

Dont get fooled by the presentation photos!! The hotel is very small, on a narrow street, extremely small rooms, with tiny bathroom, that got flooded at every shower, very used and smelly towels, old furniture, the bed and pillows very used, not comfortable! Very dirty place! I do not recommend the place! When we left, they practically took our phone to rate themselves 5* on Booking, from our phone. Never seen this kind of action from any staff ! So dissapointing!

A disappointing experience – I do not recommend this hotel I had an unpleasant experience at this hotel, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. The room we stayed in had obvious maintenance issues: the shower was constantly clogged, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the breakfast was far below expectations – very limited options, questionable food quality, and some items even seemed stale. What bothered me the most was the attitude at the reception. Instead of addressing the issues we reported, we were practically forced to leave a positive review before checking out. I find this behavior unprofessional, and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. I will not return, and I do not recommend this place to other travelers.

Had an excellent two night stay here. Compact room but with large comfortable beds and a great shower. Very well located. Staff went over and above with help and advice. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast but fine, plenty of cheap tasty Bahn mi stalls nearby as an alternative.

We stayed for six days The location was perfect .friendly hotel personels.and The hotel was clean Thank you Jack and Linn everyone at hotel was smiling everytime We hope We will come to Vietnam again and if We come again We wont look for any other hotels
