Fine for a night between travels. The room was spacious, the bathroom had tiny ants though, and the bed not very comfortable.

Room was a good size with comfortable bed . Staff were friendly and helpful and good breakfast

這是一間地理位置很好的一間飯店，cp 值高，服務好，房間乾淨，床好睡，價格不貴，早餐雖然簡單，但不錯吃，我去旅行4天3夜都住這裏，下次有機會去還是會選擇這裏。

在一個很大的市場附近，周邊都是賣各種各樣商品的商店，酒店不太好找。 環境衞生一般般，不過酒店服務員挺熱心。

Sehr empfehlenswert, das Hotel liegt zentral inmitten vieler Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Es gibt leckeres Frühstück und kostenloses Wasser auf den Zimmern. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tollen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die einem bei jedem Anliegen weiterhelfen und zu guten Preisen Ausflüge, Transfers usw. organisieren. Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und würden immer wieder kommen.

Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Die hinteren Zimmer schön ruhig. Das Bad und besonders die Dusche ist in die Jahre gekommen (stark verkalkt) aber funktioniert gut.

Herausragend an dem Hotel ist das Personal, das uns beim ankommen in Vietnam sehr geholfen hat. Als ein Taifun in der Halong Bay aufzog wurden wir spontan und kompetent zu alternativen beraten. Auch sonst war das Personal fürsorglich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Altstadt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind groß und teilweise mit Ausblick, allerdings ist die Einrichtung zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Loved staying here so much we rebooked for our return to Hanoi - Great location, super clean, nice and quiet, staff are so friendly and were genuinely interested in how our travels were going. Special thanks to Donny and Lily for looking after us :)

This hotel has friendly staff and a great breakfast. It is in the older part of the city, so there is a lot of activity outside early in the morning. We enjoyed seeing the people of Hanoi going about their business. We were able to walk to many parts of Hanoi from here.

The most amazing hotel with such fantastic staff! The hotel is central to everything and anything you want they will do for you . We booked day trip and halong bay cruise direct with the staff and they recommended perfect excursions at a very good price . When we got back from the tour they had a room for us for a few hours and helped us to find everything we needed. We changed money at reception also. The staff have fantastic English and knowledge! Can’t recommend enough

Excellent hotel. Long Tran and Evelin are very kind and nice people. Highly recommend! The room was extremely clean probably the cleanest place I have been in my entire life. That’s because the cleaning staff it’s extremely professional and friendly.

This place in old quarter is one of the nicest hostels in the area! The rooms are clean and the beds are nice as well. Besides that, they have a good breakfast to start the day with and the staff is very friendly and supportive. They have helped us very well with organizing the trips and we were very happy with it ! :)

The staff in this hotel are soooo friendly. The hotel is a little old fashioned but the rooms are big and spacious and are cleaned daily. I want to thank the staff as we left airpods in our room and they actually posted them to our hotel in Hoi An and it only cost us €1 (26,000dong). We are so appreciative of them. Such lovely, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast made every morning and the location could not have been better. Highly recommend.

Hanoi Little Town is a great place to stay. ALL the staff are lovely, and were very helpful in helping us plan our trips. Breakfast was great, and the rooms are good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people, and would stay here again if I came back to Hanoi.
