Der Preis ist teuer, die Servicequalität ist zu schlecht, Essen und Trinken ist teurer als in einem 5-Sterne-Restaurant, eine Flasche Wein kostet 30 USD. Wer noch nicht hierher gekommen ist, dem rate ich, nicht zu kommen, er verliert Dutzende Knollen umsonst.

住在國家森林裏的感覺彷彿世外桃源，雲霧繚繞太美了。服務人員都很有禮貌。不過空調不太給力，以及沒有車子送下山的服務。入住酒店前會需要購買公園門票…

공원에 있는 산장 리조트라고 할수있습니다. 방크기는 크고 전망이 좋고 주변 산책하기도 좋은 일반 호텔과 차별됩니다. 아침식사도 훌륭합니다

친절하고 여유로운 직원 응대 깔끔한 시설 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 나중에 또 방문해보고싶어요! 조용해서 푹 쉬기 좋았습니다.

Very nice place and quite! I met Mai Anh- the warmly receiptionist who helps me alot during checkin and out! Thanks so much for her support and hope to go back soon in the future! The other thing I like that i can walk and relax in the middle of forest! Amazing.

This is a truly special sanctuary. Beautiful, peaceful and rich in history. The food is exceptional and the swimming pool is heaven. However I can only give this hotel a three star rating because the staff are woefully untrained. Most are trying their best but they just don’t understand good service. Slow, chaotic, rife with misunderstandings, it actually became a real challenge. Added to this were odd things like having to plead for drinking water and being charged for a broken coat hanger at checkout. It was a shame as it did leave a bitter taste on departure for something so trivial. Much more training needed.

My family has visited Melia Ba Vi twice: in July and August 2024. Beautiful environment, very friendly and warm-hearted personnel. Special thanks to Hieu Vu, Mai Anh end the girl who took care of goats, bids and rabbits at the animal farm at 16:00 on 03.08.2024 and let our child feed the animals. Brilliand general impression!

It was our third experience at Malia Bavi. We really like the atmosphere of the resort, it’s just stunning! But our fav spot is a swimming pool don’t forget your camera! Also their spa is really nice, I would recommend Ms Hang as a therapist just one thing - we didn’t find the restaurant to be very good… and the wine card is pretty small.

We decided to go on vacation to Melia after tiring days of work before returning to France. The staff here are very enthusiastic, open, friendly, and feel very comfortable. My experience was perfect. The receptionist welcomed me very enthusiastically and always made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived until the moment I left because she was always smiling. That's Mai Anh. Melia's policy has managed very well. Hopefully there will always be good policies for employees. Thank you Melia for good experience.

The service is amazing, Tony was very attentive. The bac xiu's were delicious and the swimming facilities are beautiful, with comfortable lounge chairs and a gorgeous view of the valley. I have thoroughly enjoyed this day trip and recommend others to visit this incredible resort.

The staff were so lovely! They were friendly and extremely hospitable. They looked after us amazingly. Thank you for the most wonderful time! It is the most beautiful place we have ever seen. The food, service and scenery was incredible. We can't wait to come back and visit! Xx

Excellent very strong 90 minute Thai massage with 30 body scrub. High quality. Caring & kind staff. Clean and calm spa with nice amnesties such as sauna Hallam already warmed up, cinnamon tea, hot and cold jacuzzi already on. I absolutely recommend the Yhi Spa at Melia Ba Vi Mountain Retreat.
