Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe der St. Joseph's Cathedral. Es gab einige Unannehmlichkeiten, da die Reservierung beim Check-in nicht bestätigt wurde, aber das Personal war freundlich. Die Einrichtungen scheinen alt zu sein, aber sie sind ordentlich und es ist ein guter Ort zum Schlafen.

Toller Service, tolle Lage! Ich bin 3 Nächte geblieben. Manager und Personal sind sehr, sehr, sehr nett. und sie buchten ein sehr schönes Auto mit Fahrer, als sie spät in der Nacht zum Flughafen zurückkehrten. auch...der Preis ist billiger als Grap and Taxi. Ich hoffe, im Pilgrim Hotel zu bleiben, wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe, Hanoi wieder zu besuchen. Vielen Dank!

The hotel is quite convenient to go everywhere around the ancient Hanoi quarter. Receptionists are very welcoming and smile all the time. I definitely enjoyed staying at there with the reasonable price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pilgrim Hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff at Pilgrim Hotel were exceptional. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the local area. They were quick to assist with any requests and always did so with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries. I would highly recommend Pilgrim Hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, the combination of its central location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service make it a standout choice. Popped in for directions as we were a little lost. The owner was extremely rude to us and not very accomodating. Continued to give us death glares from across the road when we found our hostel. Not very welcoming at all. Would never book here!!!

The room was maybe not as nice as shown in the picture but still a good room with a nice bed. There is a fridge to use which is always good. This hotel is in the perfect location for walking around Hanoi and is on a quiet road so it’s not too overwhelming. Staff were so nice and helpful!

Ms Lee, Hieu and Son were very accommodating, the rooms were very clean and the stuff were lovely to accommodate to any needs! They also gave me 2 free beers before I left for my flight back home, would fully recommend staying here, worth it for the price :)

Good location in old quarter, we were rebooked from the Pilgrim Boutique some hours before, we got notified about the location via Booking messages. The reception was warm and quick. Also the price is good.
