Das Außenbild des Hotels auf der Homepage – das goldene Gebäude ist die ehemalige Residenz von Ho Chi Minh. Davon habe ich erst erfahren, nachdem ich in Hanoi war. Zuerst dachte ich, das goldene Gebäude sei die Außenfassade eines Hotels, prächtig und großartig. Aber als ich ankam, war ich sprachlos. Die Außenfassade des Hotels war sehr schlicht und die Lobby war alt und stank. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach, genau wie ein Hotel in China, das weniger als 100 Yuan kostet. An der Rezeption gab es nicht einmal einen Computer. Die Rezeption zeigte mir ihr Telefon und fragte, welche Bestellnummer meine sei. Es hieß, mehr als 500.000 vietnamesische Dong pro Nacht, was etwa mehr als 100 Yuan entspricht. Aber ich habe insgesamt 620 Yuan/Nacht für 3 Nächte bezahlt. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, merkten wir, dass wir betrogen worden waren. Mein Mann verließ das Hotel wütend und buchte sofort ein anderes Hotel. Ich habe mich bei der Plattform beschwert und sie hat mir schließlich das Geld zurückerstattet. Ich bin der Plattform sehr dankbar. Ich habe mich nicht getraut, Fotos vom Zimmer zu machen, da ich nach dem Einchecken nicht mehr dort übernachtet habe. Auf der Plattform hieß es, sie hätten das Hotel kontaktiert, aber niemand sei ans Telefon gegangen. Man stelle sich nur vor, wie schlimm das Hotel sein muss, wenn niemand ans Telefon geht. Abbildung 1-3 zeigt die Außenansicht und den Eingang des Hotels. Abbildung 4 zeigt das Erscheinungsbild der Homepage des Hotels auf der Plattform. Abbildung 5 sind Baidu-Informationen.
