Very comfortable place to stay. Cheap and big space, has 2 bed rooms like Airbnb style. Also has washing machine and dryer within ur own room. Super convivnent. Walking distance to WinMart convince store. Room has a small kitchen area and an oven too. And a big fridge. Has TV for YouTube. Floor is abit dirty, if u don’t mind. The rest is ok. Had a good sleep.

The hotel is good and newly built. The room isn’t too big, but it is more or less enough for two families. We would like to come back again, but there were several issues that need to be improved: when we arrived, there was no knife, not enough towels, only a few forks and spoons, and no cups for drinking tea—just glasses. It would be great to have a microwave oven and a frying pan if there is a cooking stove. No one comes to clean the room until you check out. We wanted to stay longer and booked a room; they allowed us to stay in the same room, and the cleaner came to clean the room and change the towels. We had to stay for one more night, and we were allowed to check into another room earlier. Thanks for that! One more thing to mention is that there’s a school right next to the hotel and in the morning it could be a little noisy. Oh, and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom, would be great to fix it. But overall thanks a lot.

Good value and great location in the heart of West Lake, Hanoi. Clean and spacious and fully furnished with all amenities. Would happily stay again.

房間還可以，服務不行，衞生不一天做一次，房間內垃圾堆成山了也沒人管，給一次一次性牙刷裏的那點牙膏想我們能用三天嗎？還有那裡屬於小巷深處，打車不好打，走到最近的公交車站頭也要十幾分鍾

在河內很滿意的一次入住 缺點: 1.距離市中心有點遠，位置有點偏 優點： 1.房間面積超級大 2.房間設施齊全，洗衣機，電磁爐，碗都配備了 3.工作人員服務態度非常好 4.房間乾淨整潔，床單被罩一客一換 很滿意的一次入住，這個價格性價比也很高

가족들과 여행왔는데 기대했던 것 이상으로 넓고 편했음. 세탁기 건조기가 다 있어서 옷을 적게 가져와도 문제가 없었음. 매우 추천

新開幕的酒店，位置在西湖邊，風景優美，一屋兩個房間，空間很大，廚房洗衣機設備齊全，前台服務人員態度非常好，，朋友來例假還幫忙去買衛生棉，很感謝。

位置還是不錯的 但是服務態度不好 衞生也是還行 衞生間水的味道很臭

普普通通，沒有什麼特點，位置尚可，前台男生很禮貌，房間越南都差不多。
