Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Auf dieser Reise habe ich an drei Orten übernachtet und es war das Beste. Japanische Gastfreundschaft ... eine Art Kundenservice. Der Raum ist auch ein offener und entspannender Raum❗ Die tolle Reaktion des Personals...✌️ Sehr gemütlich 🎵 Mit anderen Worten... Der Platz zum Aufhängen des Kleiderbügels im Privatzimmer ist vollständig sichtbar und wirkt etwas kahl. ️ Es wäre schön, wenn es eine Badewanne gäbe.

Saubere Zimmer, super enthusiastisches und nettes Personal, Hotel in günstiger Lage in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich bin mit dem Service hier sehr zufrieden

Es liegt nicht weit von der 36 Street entfernt und verfügt auch über Einrichtungen und ein Spa. Das ist praktisch, weil Sie damit einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten können.

Das ist ein erstaunlicher Ort! Er ist großartig!! In der Nähe befindet sich die Regenstraße. Die Zimmer sind super, man kann sich einen Film auf dem Beamer anschauen. Das Bett ist schneeweiß! Das Spa bietet fantastische Massagen!!! Das ist Liebe♥️

Es ist so gut. Und das Wichtigste ist, dass es besser ist als jeder andere Massageladen in Hanoi. Die Rezeptionistin, die mich geführt hat, war auch sehr freundlich.

It was a place to relax although you’ve got the old quarter just outside your door. The cleanliness and  the staff was absolutely fantastic. A real must if you’re staying here…..

Location, location, location! Right in the hustle and bustle and room was big! Loved that there was a kitchenette! Too bad we didn’t get to enjoy it because we stayed only for a few hours before we caught a bus to Sapa at 11pm. Will definitely come back! Shout out to Johan and Marlyn, the wonderful staff there 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hotel was located away from the hectic street of food and coffee shops, friendly receptionist. Relaxing stay with projector to netflix and chill in peace

1. The hotel is new and clean. 2. The staff are friendly and helpful. 3. The room is spaces and clean. 4. Reasonable price. 5. The spa is good, relaxing at affordable price within the premise. 6. The room cames with simple cooking equipment like microwave, cutlery and etc. Suitable for a family trip especially. 7. Within waking distance to the center of the Old Quarter.

Loved the hotel and entrance through a spa makes it smell amazing each time coming from the outside chaos. Staff were very polite and helpful.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel while traveling alone, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Despite being a small hotel, the room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is absolutely perfect, situated conveniently close to a vibrant night market and several popular travel spots. It made exploring the local area a breeze and added so much convenience to my trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the projector in the room. It added a unique and exciting touch to my evenings and truly made my stay memorable. It definitely made my heart race with joy! Additionally, the room came with a fully equipped kitchen. This was incredibly useful as I could easily prepare simple meals, like noodles—haha! It’s such a thoughtful amenity for travelers who prefer the option to cook. Furthermore, the staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. Full marks from me!

You could tour his city without a rental car or a dedicated driver; just grab a map from the host, and you'll be fine talking around without getting lost. The owner is very resourceful; you could get money exchange, international charger, airport/train station pick-up/drop-off, etc., all sorted with the owner.
