This hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. Highly recommended.

Das Zimmer war etwas unordentlich, daher habe ich keine Fotos gemacht. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr neu, und die Einrichtungen sind vollständig. Ich habe meine beiden Kinder in einem sehr geräumigen Zimmer untergebracht und Miniso an der Tür, so dass es sehr praktisch ist, Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zu kaufen, zu essen und zu trinken! Der Service ist super gut. Das kleine Mädchen an der Rezeption und ein paar Brüder sind immer ansprechbar. Wenn ich mehr Kleiderbügel brauche, werden sie mir sofort gebracht! Es gibt auch Essen zum Mitnehmen, Express-Lieferung und alles, was Sie hinzufügen möchten, alles ist für Sie da! Super schön! Sie können es wirklich ausprobieren, ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Jeden Abend, wenn ich zurückkomme, heilt mich das Lächeln der Dame an der Rezeption~ Es fühlt sich an, als wäre ich zu Hause ^＞⸝⸝⸝⸝＜^
🎀Das Hotel als Ganzes hat die Atmosphäre eines französischen Gartenhauses und in jeder Ecke gibt es Filme! Im ersten Stock befindet sich das Internet Celebrity Café, wo viele Damen einchecken und Fotos machen.
🎀Auch das Frühstücksrestaurant im zweiten Stock ist sehr elegant und im dritten Stock gibt es eine Terrasse.
🎀Es gibt eine Waschküche und ein Fitnessstudio. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist nachts sehr ruhig, im Gegensatz zu Hotels am Straßenrand, die möglicherweise eine schlechte Schalldämmung haben.
🎀Der Raum ist mit Holzstruktur gestaltet, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Komfort und äußerster Kosteneffizienz liegt. Memory-Kissen, Haartrockner und Duscheinrichtungen im Badezimmer können die Lebensqualität dieses Mal erheblich verbessern. Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Hangzhou komme.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room with high quality amenities. Location was superb. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe within walking diatance. The staff was very helpful. When my cellphone was left in a taxi they helped me contact police and the taxi driver to get my cellphone back. They were very patient and kind. I couldn’t thank them enough.

Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett war gut und ich habe sehr bequem geschlafen. Unser Reiseplan sah ein Frühstück vor, aber da wir am nächsten Morgen früh einen Zug erreichen mussten, haben wir am Tag des Check-ins mit der Rezeption gesprochen und das Frühstück so geändert, dass es am Tag des Check-ins eingenommen werden sollte. Das Frühstück war recht reichhaltig und umfasste sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Speisen. Ich hatte eine vollständige und zufriedenstellende Mahlzeit. Die Verkehrsanbindung rund um das Hotel ist sehr gut. In der Nähe des West Lake Pier gibt es ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Ich bin nachts wie verrückt einkaufen gegangen. Es war ziemlich gut. Insgesamt war es gut. Ich werde in Zukunft wieder hier übernachten.

In Bezug auf Umgebung und Service ist es eine sehr gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Hangzhou. Es wird von einem Foto der Waschküche und der Lobby begleitet das gleiche wie das offizielle Online-Bild. Gleichzeitig ist es sehr wichtig, dass die Lage direkt neben der U-Bahn-Station Jianguo Nord ist. GGastnutzerOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

GGastnutzerSimon was exceptional! Brought us around in a boat helped us take stunning photos and was just in every way possible made our stay superb! Would highly recommend a stay here. Worth every penny. Very therapeutic and authentic Chinese experience (and given it’s the only 1 of 1 resort with a private lake and 40000sqm of space) it’s definitely worth an experience.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:

3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

GGastnutzerDas neu eröffnete Hotel ist sehr kostengünstig. Die Zimmer sind mit intelligenter Ausstattung ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind mit kostenlosen Getränken und Snacks ausgestattet. Auch der Essenslieferroboter ist ein Pluspunkt, ich werde beim nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten!

Die geräumige Lage des Wohnbereichs und der Schlafzimmer ist bemerkenswert, so dass wir in wahrer Luxus entspannen und entspannen können. Die Einbeziehung einer Waschmaschine war ein unerwarteter Bonus, wodurch unser Aufenthalt noch bequemer und heimischer wurde.
Die Kirsche auf dem Top? Das Innenrestaurant serviert ein Bier, das nichts weniger als fabulös ist. Jedes Bit war eine kulinarische Freude, perfekt gekocht zu unserer Vorliebe und serviert mit unglaublicher Service.
Zweifellos hat Oakwood Residence Hangzhou den Referenzwert für außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft festgelegt. GGastnutzerOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. AAnonymer BenutzerIch habe einen Termin zum Einchecken für 14:00 Uhr vereinbart, bin aber unterwegs um 14:40 Uhr angekommen und das Zimmer war noch nicht aufgeräumt. Lass uns noch eine Stunde warten😞😞😞Er sagte uns, wir sollten uns Bescheid sagen, und meine Kinder und ich warteten in der Lobby. Es gibt nicht einmal einen Sitzplatz, der Konsumbereich ist leer und das Kind ist müde vom Stehen. Ich lasse das Kind sitzen, aber das Kind darf nicht sitzen. Nach dem Aufräumen Aufstehen, niemand hat uns zum Einchecken aufgefordert😞😞😞, die Bettdecke im Zimmer fühlt sich etwas feucht an, egal wie gut der Hotelservice ist, es ist nutzlos
