Savoir Resort

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. The hotel is great is a must to go if you want a place to relax in Hangzhou, a recommendation in regards of the service is that maybe waitresses don't need to be so pushy when you are ordering at the restaurant and the minibar can have a bottle of wine or some beers, aside from that the hotel is great!!

是第二次來所見西溪了 不同的時間來就會有不一樣的景觀和體驗 這次來發現所有服務人員都更換了中式工作服裝 房間裏面的窗户和通向室外的陽台都加了一層紗窗 房間整體感覺比上次來要整潔很多 但是由於房間面積較大 且多為實木傢俱 所以清潔維護成本應該很高 一些細節很難做到完美 早餐片兒川一如繼往的好吃 自助裏面的菜品也都很好 但是單點糕點類不太行 建議更換 此外感謝東北大男孩Kris從我訂房開始就熱情耐心解答我的疑問 然後還帶我和家人提前參觀了房間選擇合適的房型 並細心安排了房間驅蚊 這次來倒是真的完全沒有被蚊子咬 建議大家如果有疑問和不確定 可以直接電話酒店前台

第一眼就喜歡上的風格就定下來了。環境特別好很安靜也在湖邊很舒服。 設施：特別齊全，基本用到的都有提供。連蠟燭都安排上了。就是娛樂的再多一點會更好，路上標識也可以多一點更好找。 服務：一百分💯從進門開始迎接的帥哥到前台小美女都特別好，很親切，服務很專業。小哥哥從幫忙拿東西到出行很多方面的的問題都解決了，比五星級的酒店還好。小姐姐也是很親切很有耐心幫我安排好行程，服務真的是很用心的很棒的一家酒店。比很多更好價位的酒店都做得好。 環境：很乾凈，很喜歡那種靠近自然的感覺。會很放鬆。餐食也挺好的很有特色。時間段也很親民。不會一定要人早起哈哈。以後來杭州都住這邊。

老兩口從陽澄湖休閑遊玩後來到了杭州西溪濕地，入住杭州所見·西溪度假酒店。 此處深藏在湖水樹林中，曲徑通幽、古風撲面，環境優美、空氣清新，使人感覺心神氣爽。 房間內的設施非常完善，床上用品也非常整潔乾淨。特別是早餐品種豐盛，口味不錯，感覺非常滿意。 從酒店門囗向外走十分鐘不到，即是食街，有各式各樣的美食餐廳可供選擇。當然，酒店內的餐食也做得很地道，味道不錯，但是就是貴了些。 在此住了三晚，遺憾的是遇到颱風一直在下雨，衹能在房內發呆。爭取明年再來吧！

超級喜歡酒店的環境，院子裏還有小貓咪，很可愛。酒店每位員工服務都超級好，都很有禮貌；特別要感謝Kris和劉炳呈的服務，遺憾的是這次沒有感受到酒店下雨時的景色，期待下次再來玩吧。
