Huachen Kenzo Hotel Hangzhou

Staying at the hotel left the best impression: convenient location, nice services. I really liked the European breakfast, there was American, vegetables and omelette. Very polite staff! The furniture in the room may have looked old-fashioned, but the room was very clean, with a soft mattress and all the necessary amenities. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no door between the room and the bathroom. It was very nice to receive a small compliment every day(yogurt, banana and tomato). Every day my room was cleaned, towels were changed and water was brought. My room was non-smoking, but unfortunately the room was opposite the elevator where people smoked, so the smoke was coming into the room. The woman at the reception helped me a lot with the necessary purchases online, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to ask her name.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Tourists will need a local phone number to access wifi though.

離杭州東站很近，在屋裡就能看見車站。交通便利，杭州東站坐4號線兩站新塘站C口出100米即到。地鐵去各景點方便，酒店北側的B1路公交可直接到浙江大學玉泉校區。最驚喜的發現是離酒店不到2km處有個濮家碼頭，是水上巴士1號線的始發站，刷公交卡可3塊錢沿京杭大運河到拱宸橋。酒店早餐豐富，孩子特別喜歡吃。與酒店一路之隔的保利中心有各類餐館，從高級西餐廳到街邊小館隨處可見。房間寬敞，前台和保潔阿姨服務熱情周到。👍👍👍
