I am familiar with the chain of hotels, my experience had been really good, but this hotel I wouldn’t recommend it. The room wasn’t clean enough, the sheets smelled bad (like cigarette) and the bathroom was not clean. It is not that near from a subway station, so it’s not that convenient to stay there if you want to explore the city.

water pressure for shower is good and very hot water is available. Toilet is tiny but good enough. Our room is on ground floor right next to the reception, sound barrier is not sufficient if someone talk loudly at night. Hotel location is really good for us, close to subway and walking distance to the attractions. Receptionists are very helpful and responsive. Hairs found on top of the drain in the shower room. No hooks or anything to hang your clothes/towels inside the toilet.

Walking distance to the small lane to the hotel as it is near a neighbourhood shop houses. Room is clean.

The room was very small so there was just enough space to walk, but only enough space to barely open a carry on suitcase. The bathroom is inches from your bed (which is right up against the wall), so when it was raining (which was when I was here), there was a strange, moldy smell coming from the bathroom (which had a sewage drain) that emanated into the room. Make sure you specifically request a non-smoking room at the desk upon check-in! They have a mini laundry room and provide laundry detergent.

I had a room without a window, which was fine because I booked it so. What it doesn't say when you are booking it is that the temperature is colder than the outside (I was there during winter) and I didn't have access to the thermostat. The WiFi didn't work, and neither did my own data. Lastly, there was noise. At all times of the day and night. Either people shouting, late at night, or the reception music combined with a noise. I didn't figure out what it was but it went on ALL NIGHT LONG, which drove me absolutely crazy. The location is nice though, probably the best thing about this hotel.

地理位置優越，交通便利。周邊有地鐵、公交站，前往西湖，河坊街等景點非常方便。 前台工作人員服務熱情周到，尤其是劉龍熱情、貼心，能夠高效辦理入住和退房手續，並提供寄存行李等便利服務。 衞生間毛巾和浴巾為一次性或清洗封口，整體衞生令人滿意。價格實惠，隔音效果較好，很適合短途出行的住宿需求。

最近就沒住過這麼差勁的酒店。先不説房間咋樣了，酒店直接把垃圾桶扔走廊大夏天的一開門走廊一股惡臭這你受得了嗎。況且貌似還是安全通道的位置。 辦入住一進大堂就有旅行社拉客，我感覺我入住到景區裏面了。

酒店位於五柳巷，離南宋御街河坊街胡雪巖故居都很近，周圍位置也很便利，出行很方便。環境很舒適，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適。
