Doppelbett sehr klein, Zimmer sehr klein, Bad war okay. Service nicht so gut. Keine Handtücher, nur so Einweg Handtücher, sehr komisch. Lage ist gut, direkt am Bahnhof und Metro, das war's dann aber mit den guten Sachen

+ gute Lage + sehr sauber + schöne Aussicht + lichtundurchlässige Vorhänge - Das Hotel stellt Einweghandtücher zur Verfügung, deren Verwendung für mich sehr umständlich war - Die Steuerung der Beleuchtung ist sehr unintuitiv, wenn man das Licht am Bett einschaltet, schließen sich die Vorhänge, um die Vorhänge zu öffnen, muss ich einen Schalter auf der anderen Seite des Zimmers verwenden - Die Toilettentür lässt sich nicht vollständig öffnen, da die Toilette sie blockiert - Etwas schlechte Schallisolierung

Really strategically located. We arrived late at night and the hotel was just a few moment’s walk upon exiting Chengzhan metro station Exit D. Hotel is in a mixed-use high-rise building, so we needed to head up to level 26 to meet the hotel’s front desk. The room we stayed in was without windows, but it was well-lit. The room is decently sized, not too large, but comfortable enough. The shower and toilet well-stocked and clean. Bedding is clean and comfy, plenty of power outlets. Staff was very helpful, and we were able to leave our luggage while we wandered around the city. Excellent stay!

Checkin on 26F Near Hangzhou Station 👍🏻 It is beside 城站 cheng zhan metro station Two stops away from 龙翔桥 station (shopping street) About 10mins walk to xihu 100/10 stayed for 4nights. Kudos to the lady who made sure we came back to a very clean and cozy room

We always prefer accommodation with windows to know and view the surroundings. Being on 26th level, this unit was fabulous - full height windows! Complete with day and night curtains. Interior was clean. Daily house-keeping was available. Expandable items like towels even slippers were replenished daily although would have preferred fabric towels than disposable ones. There's a small room on the same level housing a washer and dryer. Guests can use them at no extra cost. Detergent was even provided. Just be wary of the washing/drying timing to remove the clothes so that someone else can use. The location was superb. Getting around was a breeze due to close proximity to shuttles and metro stations. There were small eateries nearby and at the train station. Can never get hungry. Haha! This has to be in anyone's shortlist when looking for an accommodation :)

Simple is the best. So far this is the best hotel I meet ever in china. Everything was so clean and up to my expectations

Generally great. This hotel is on the 26th floor of a building. It’s very near to metro & train station. The view was wonderful. The only unpleasant experience was the cigarette smoke lingering around the hotel area. I wonder how people can smoke under the smoke detector.

The hotel is super close to the subway station—just come up from the subway, and the building is right behind the exit. The lobby feels a bit dark, but the room is bright. The large window lets in plenty of natural light. The view is fantastic—wide and comforting, as there’s no building as tall as the floor we stayed on. The location is great, too. It’s close to Donghe Canal (东河), which makes for a perfect strolling spot, and within walking distance to Hefang Walking Street (河坊街步行街). Overall, the convenience is hard to beat. It’s easy to reach by subway, and there are lovely places nearby to explore on foot.

The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and provide me her phone number to assist me in ordering food delivery. Hotel is near to train station.

Everything good, but we were shocked at the lack of real towels. Instead they only provide single-use small towels that are not enough to dry one person

For a multi-night stay, the service was good albeit the bed sheet was just simply put on after each day. A pack of tissue paper, toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided. However, single-use paper towels were provided instead of regular cloth. Overall, the stay was satisfactory given its price point. The best thing is its location whereby the metro station is just behind the hotel building.

Hotel is nice overall, top of exit d subway line 1 Chen Shan mrt. Very cold there. For more food need to cross over to hangzhou railway station for more eats. Pleasant stay overall. We have visited the west lake and nice air cold. Good for walking . There is a botanical plant garden there.

The room is beyond expectations. It’s very comfortable, clean and affordable. The location is good, it’s walking distance to west lake. Highly recommend to stay in hangzhou.
