Exceptional Stay at Hangzhou Liberty Manor - Highly Recommended!
We had a fantastic experience at Hangzhou Liberty Manor! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with fresh fruits, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel is surrounded by beautiful sakura trees, creating a peaceful and picturesque environment. It’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. The value for money is outstanding, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hangzhou.
Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend Hangzhou Liberty Manor to anyone looking for a great stay in the city. We will definitely come back!

pros:
- gym is super nice
- robots for delivering foods and amenities
- Cassie the receptionist is limited in English, but sincerely helpful and tried her best to meet our needs. she upgraded our room to have lake view and huge balcony.
- breakfast is not as bad as other ppl reviews, its pretty good
- room is super nice, super huge, nice interior design
- bathroom is huge, toilet is in separated room
- water pressure is nice, floor drain is good ( no stagnant water )
- overall hotel design is superb, i love their garden
- provide complimentary photography, sorry i forgot the photographers name.
- they gave me complimentary fruits basket, milk and pillow menu
- the best thing is, all of this only 1.5mil IDR / night. that is how awesome china is.
- if youre looking for the best hotel experience, come to china, you will be blown away. this is Wakanda in actual life
cons :
- location is pretty far from downtown, 15-20mins driving
- for dining, honestly the restaurant inside the hotel not that nice imo. i need to go to downtown to look for good food. nearby a bit difficult to look for street food.

帶娃打卡的第120家酒店。
一年半前打卡的湘湖逍遙莊園為我留下了深刻的印象，這次和家人來體驗下姐妹篇自由莊園。相較於逍遙莊園的傳統中式風格，這裏的氛圍年輕而前衞，擁有眾多網紅打卡點，水幕瀑布、蝴蝶牆等…
體驗上和逍遙莊園相去甚遠，逍遙莊園在我近兩年打卡過的100多家酒店能排Top 10，這家中下吧…
前台人很好，也是讓我覺得為數不多能和逍遙莊園比肩的存在，但大部分服務人員不太專業：歡迎水果是晚上當夜宵送，禮賓走的賊溜快，然後把箱子放在房門口走了…空調開到18度卻不製冷，房內很熱衹能將陽台門打開放冷風，對高檔酒店來説，細節決定成敗…最踩雷的是房券裏的餐品套餐被縮水了，美其名曰套餐就是這樣，最終解釋權歸酒店，妙哉。
最後，對面是墳山（老虎洞生態公墓）

週末來杭州玩，本來想訂逍遙莊，奈何電視劇播完以後大熱＋週末價格太辣手，最後選了這家姐妹酒店，體驗完美。
設施：去年新開的酒店，設計時尚，系列也很到位，一步一景。
衞生：哪哪都乾淨
服務：入住的時候碰到高峯，前台也沒有交代清楚套餐裏的內容和早餐時間地點等，需要主動詢問才會回答，小小的扣分。但是後來去租自行車，禮賓部的小宇，小袁，小孫都很熱情，還主動給孩子提供了護膝，超級感謝。
湘湖很美，下次還來

比起西湖邊的人擠人👀👀湘湖這邊多了一份悠閑‼️感覺很適合帶父母來住～
🚕🚕沿着湘湖開往酒店的路上風景就很漂亮啦💓💓酒店裡更像一個大公園🍃植被很多，3月正值花期，搭配假山、瀑布，別有一番景緻👏不想出門的寶寶在酒店散散步也不錯，餐廳旁的電梯🛗🛗🉑去11樓觀景台看整個湘湖全景～
👌👌下車開始小哥哥的服務就很周到，房間minibar首輪免費🆓，我訂的房型有個超大的陽台，看的是園景🏨🏨洗手間跟🛀🛀洗澡的地方是分開的，還有單獨的化粧台，房間很寬敞～
美中不足的是早餐😂😂冷食比較多，整體可選擇性也不是很豐富。麪包甜點區比較精緻～
