Ich bin sprachlos in diesem Hotel, das um 10.00 Uhr bestellte Bügeleisen wurde mir erst um 15.00 Uhr geliefert, ich habe um 11.00 Uhr die Zimmerkarte gemacht und gesagt, dass sie mir bis nachmittags zugestellt wird. Ich bin um 3 Uhr ausgegangen und habe es mir nicht geliefert. Ich habe noch nie ein so wenig effizientes Hotel getroffen. Die Dinge, um die ich gebeten habe, wurden 5 Stunden lang nicht beantwortet, und es gab kein Ergebnis.

Könnt ihr euch vorstellen, wie sich mitten in der Nacht plötzlich Fäkalien in der Toilette ansammeln?🙀🙀🙀🙀, ich habe immer den Geruch des Badezimmers gespürt, wenn ich das Zimmer betrat, es stellte sich heraus, dass es der Geruch der Kanalisation war. Wir haben ein Eltern-Kind-Zimmer für 3 Tage gebucht.Am ersten Tag war ein Kinderbademantel im Zimmer, aber am zweiten Tag wurde er weggenommen.Ich habe den Zimmerservice angerufen, um zu antworten, es waren zu viele Leute, und die Kinderbademantel war nicht genug, und sie konnte nichts tun, also war ich überrascht Komm rein und nimm ihn weg, wenn wir nicht im Zimmer sind, wenn du nicht genug hast? verstehen, was das Hotel tut. Als er den diensthabenden Manager anrief, war er arrogant und rief mich zurück, nachdem er sagte, er verstehe, aber er hat bis heute nicht geantwortet. Die Hard- und Software des Hotels ist zu anders als vor zwei Jahren.Obwohl nicht damit zu rechnen ist, dass Greentown hundert Jahre gedeihen kann, so ein Tofu-Bodensatz-Hotel ist zu schade für das Image von Greentown.

Beautiful hotel, front staff are so nice, the room is quite big with the river view. Byredo amenities are so nice. Interior classy. But location is a bit far from everywhere 20 mins from West lake. But you can enjoy peaceful moment with the river view. Good price for a luxury collection hotel.

Excellent service from the front desk to the concierge that assisted me buy a physical stamp. The hotel staffalso helped me to send the cards. Kudos to the 保洁team. Not only did they help hanged my toiletry bag, they arrange my messy items after i hastily left the hotel after washing up. Plus the excellent view from my room. Will always be my first choice if i do come to Hangzhou

I would say the hotel is close to 5 star however there were some small issues which made the hotel a little than perfect.   I might try some other hotels in future

The hotel gives a grand vibe, beautiful, clean, luxury interior. The hotel smells so good, the moment we step into the lobby, it gives such a nice feeling. The room & toilet are spotless clean & very spacious. We really love the smart toilet. Our room view is very beautiful facing the river especially at night with lights on. The buffet breakfast selection is very great & very good quality. The location is good, just next to the Qiantang river. We enjoy our bike riding & scrolling at night with great view. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. A compliment to staffs Matt Ma, Max Ji , Nick, Anderson for their service. Also my wife would like to give a special honorable mention to these staffs for being helpful & their exceptional service: Edward Lu & Molly Gao (receptionist staffs), Doreen Ji (housekeeping staff) Overall is super satisfied! So glad that we chose this hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much during our 1st visit in Hangzhou. We really recommend it to our family & friends! This will definitely be our main choice to stay when we visit Hangzhou again.

Shower cubicle not cleaned well. Stained a lot. Not happy of the pillows. Other than these I still would love to come back because the room was spacious and staff-Molly, Nic and Edward Lu at lobby were super helpful and friendly. Big asset to the hotel.

I have a really pleasant stay in Azure Qiantang. Everything is perfect here. From the food, view, service, the best! Definitely will come back again when in Hangzhou. Thanks to Tom Tang, Edward, Anderson, Molly, Conny Xu for help me with everything i need. From book a taxi and give me the information about Hangzhou. They’re very helpful and i’m amazed with their kindness. Actually everyone here is amazing but i didn’t remember all the name. Very satisfied to stay here for 4 nights. Thank you so much :) wish you all have a great day!

Location is away from the city center but is only a 10minutes taxi ride and taxi are cheap. Excellent size room with 2 Queen beds. Perfect for 2A2C. Breakfast is at Lvl 22, nearly roof top with great views of the river. Big gym and indoor heated pool with a decent size Kids play room. Service is top notch!

Great experience, third time staying at the Azure and the standards still remains high. Quick check in and the room was clean and spacious. The River view was amazing despite the fog. The room service cleaning lady who helped us with some amenities was so cheerful and very kind. She definitely deserve praises (UNA ZHAO).The panorama resturant still remains the best fine dining spot in HZ. Our butler (Leon) was also cheerful and made the diner experience more pleasant. The À La Carte menu has a lot of great meals to choose from. Also the breakfast selection has a lot to choose from, great value for money. Only 1 disappointment the main Jacuzzi is still not functioning, though one can still use the ones in either men’s or women’s changing room. Definitely coming back!!!

Not only the best location and a great room. The service was more then excellent. Me and my girlfriend we asked more then one time help with our necessities in the room and the service was ready and fast at helping us with any issue. More, the guy at the reception , Edward , was more the nice. When I asked extra pillows , he told me what kind I would like cause they have hard and soft one. And when I asked if I could have a late check out, he immediately and gently replied I could leave at 15.00. And held this conversation in perfect English, something that in this country is really rare to find even in the 5 stars hotel. The best hotel you can stay in Hangzhou . Thanks to all the staff

I had the most disappointing experience from this hotel. I accidentally left some of my valuable belongings in the hotel and despite repeated calls to the hotel on +86 (571) 2823 7777 which costed me more than 100 USD, they noted my email address as well but never got back to me and did not respond to any of my messages and their intent seems clear. This looks like nothing short of daylight theft and i did not expect this from a Marriott hotel in China.

This hotel is the best for me in all China (I compare with Astoria, Hyatt, Wanda), stayed already few times. Very comfortable large rooms with view, good location, good service. Breakfast options are great and tasty. Croissants, meat, soups - western style, Chinese style. Exceptional.
