Having stayed in Premier Inn all over the UK in my time, I can honestly say this was one of the best stays we have had in one. The service was excellent, all the staff were chatty, helpful and really made the difference. Lisa especially at check out, really did care that we had a great stay and asked all about the wedding we had been to the previous evening. The hotel was spotless, comfortable and had a great night's sleep, but the good old fashioned service, set this apart from other premier inns I have been to before, great job, highly recommend.

Carla , Tom , the other gentleman on reception and Lisa have showed exceptional kindness and first class service. Also all the ladies who clean the rooms. They are a rare treasure and very special. We appreciate them all so much. Nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond the call of duty so trustworthy and full of integrity. Anyone who stays here will feel so welcome and cared for . Thank you Premier inn Handforth.

Second visit to the Hotel close to the Airport and car parks, simple booking in process and with Tom on reception i can't fault it, Tom explained all there is to know even recommending the food next door at the Bull Head, Don't forget to give him your car registration plate on arrival.

Having stayed in many Premier Inns I must say that this particular hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff of them all. My multi night stay was problem free and of the highest quality. I shall certainly stay at this hotel again now it is my number one choice when in the Manchester area.

No complaints from us at all. The receptionist when we arrived was so welcoming! Even offered to help us unload bags which was very kind. (sorry didn't get his name but man in his early twenties i would say. Room was clean, with fresh towels and extra bedding if needed. Room was very cosy and would have no hesitation returning. Thank you.

We have stayed at this premier Inn several times now and it's always reliable. The combination of handforth and jetparks 3 or Ringway suits us as we approach Manchester from the east. Quiet location but close to shops and restaurants. We're always pleased to see Tom on the desk when we check in as he is really helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Handforth. The bed is so comfortable and the pillows are very luxurious and you can choose the pillow you like. The bathroom was lovely and clean, there is always plenty of tea and coffee sachets available. We chose this hotel because it was close to Manchester airport. We are so glad that we did.
