Schönes Hotel. Große Lage zum Roundtop Ski Resort. Sehr guter Preis. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Phänomenales Personal und Front Desk. Sehr schönes Frühstück inbegriffen. Sauberes Zimmer und Einrichtungen. Bestes freundliches Personal. Die Lobby bietet eine große Gegend, um unsere Gruppe Ti zusammenzukommen, und spielen Karten bis die wee-Uhren ohne andere Gäste zu stören. Das Restaurant neben der Tür ist bequem.

Die Lage war großartig für eine Veranstaltung, die wir besucht hatten. Der Manager und das Personal waren angenehmen und begrüßten alle mit einem Lächeln. Die Frühstücksfrau war besonders bei unserem Enkel sehr willkommen, sie behandelte ihn wie eine Familie, sie machte für ihn waffeln und sie waren nur das, was ein Kind möchte. Das kostenlose Frühstück war reichhaltig und hatte für jeden etwas. Das Hotel war sauber und der Pool. Ich empfehle Staybridge Suiten für jeden, der nach Harrisburg /Hershey fahren muss.

This would had been a 5 stars review but giving it a 3 stars.. It was a birthday surprise for my daughter. We checked in late at night at 11:30pm on Friday, July 5th. We stayed for two nights. I was greeted by a gentleman in front and he assisted me. He was really nice and kind. My husband, daughter and I went to our room on the second floor. The room was spacious and nice. The room was clean. It had a little living room with a couch and a kitchenette. It had a full size fridge, dish washer and garbage dispose which is a plus. Bathroom is decent might need some cleaning. It looks like there was a little molded in the standing shower. One of the bath towels had like some hair on it. We had two queens beds. I lifted the sheets to make sure it was clean. The mattress protector had like ripped holes. It was late at night and did not realize in the morning that there was a stain on the blanket. I do not know what it was but it looked like chocolate stains or blood. Also the bedsheets were making us a bit itchy. My husband and I were disgusted by it. Now we were questioning it the sheets were even changed. On our way leaving to go to Hershey park, I stopped by the front desk to ask if we can get the sheets and blanket changed because there was a stain on it. The lady was nice and said I wipll get someone to change it for you. The bedsheets are not changed everyday but every other day depending the length of the stay. Also the room gets service and clean every day. When we returned (7 hrs later), the bedsheets and blankets were not changed. I do not think the room was serviced either. Trash were not emptied. I understand it was the holiday weekend and it was busy. We were very disappointed. The breakfast was good. They offered make your own waffles with varieties of toppings, hot oatmeal, warm breakfast sandwiches, egg & cheese omelettes, veggie egg white omelettes, toast, bagel, cereal and yogurt. Overall for the hotel, spacious room and the breakfast were good. Our biggest cons were the dirty bedsheets and blankets. Then asking to have it changed and it wasn’t done. The shower had molded in it and bath towel had hair on it. I do not know if we will stay here again..

Der Scheck war schrecklich. Sie sagten, meine Reservierungen seien storniert und sie hätten keine Zimmer mehr. The staff was friendly and very efficient. The breakfast options were enough to cover most appetites or diet and very clean. The rooms could use some upgrades. The furniture was mared and could use some TLC. The bathroom was definitely clean and well stocked. The bed very comfortable. My one complaint was the ironing board cover. Stained and gross in my opinion as that would cost minimal to replace. Easy check in and out and close to Hershey Park and large option of restaurants near by.
