Guts! Wenn Sie Hammamet als Hotel Bel Azur besuchen wollen, wird definitiv die beste Wahl. Alles ist da. Ich genossen wirklich den Thalasso Meerwasserpool (innerhalb und außerhalb) mit den erstaunlichen Aussichten auf das Mittelmeer. Auch Eintrittsgebühren sind erschwinglich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gemessen am Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist dieses Hotel fast die volle Punktzahl. Wir haben zwei Frühstücke und zwei Abendessen und weniger als 700 Yuan eingeschlossen, was sich in Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in inländischen und internationalen Ketten schätzungsweise verdoppeln wird. Frühstück und Abendessen waren unglaublich. Der Parkplatz ist groß und der exklusive Strand dahinter ist wunderschön!

Es gibt keins der besten Hotels in Tunesien. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Sie können kein Zustellbett haben. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abgelegen. Sie müssen ein Taxi für sechs- oder siebenhundert Yuan nehmen. Wenn Sie gut Englisch sprechen, können Sie ein paar Dutzend Dollar im Auto bekommen. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr groß. Das Restaurant ist sehr schwer zu essen, außer beim Frühstück wird empfohlen, in Tunesien eigene Snacks mitzubringen.

Tolles Hotel, hier passt alles. Sehr erholsam, sehr sauber, freundliches Team mit genialem Service, das einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt! Gutes Buffet, große Zimmer, wunderschöner Palmengarten mit Pool und Bar, weitläufiger Strand, auch sehr gute Massagen. War schon 2x da und komme wieder. Danke an alle lieben Mitarbeiter!

Ich habe einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die 2 Pools sind sehr sauber. Das Personal am Pool ist sehr aufmerksam und es wird sich an allen Regeln gehalten. Das Personal an der Rezeption, vor allem Bechir und Skander ,sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, und sehr kompetent in findung schneller Lösungen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und das Personal im Restaurant vor allen Ghassen, Wajdi, Mohammed, sind sehr Aufmarksam und Hilfsbereit und stets ein lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Getränke werden schnell gebracht und der Tisch schnell aufgeräumt. Ich würde defenetiv nochmal das gleiche Hotel aussuchen.

We decided to leave this hotel after the first night... I think the hotel could be good for ppl who do not like any entertainment during the day or the evening and who don't care about certain things... There were a lot of older guests with their respective caregivers, maybe that is their clientèle they r aiming for... But for a regular working person who just wants to have a nice vacation from work and so on, I do not recommend this hotel at all! For starters, the lady at the reception was super unfriendly, which is actually rare for tunisians, so that's a special... When we naively suggested we could be heading to the restaurant for lunch until our rooms are ready (since we arrived during lunch time and check in time is also before lunch is over), she schooled us like small children that we would only get dinner on the first day (the tone in which it was said was tbe main issue)...when I later asked for a second card for the room, she felt it was necessary to comment - again in a schooling way - that they normally do not give out second cards... But at no point would she have taken the time to explain how to get to the beach or that there is a small shuttle vehicle for example... Also, they make you email them the scan of your voucher resp. The booking confirmation to them via email as soon as you arrive, which makes no sense at all since they already confirmed your reservation by looking you up in the system. And ofc this had to be done immediately and fast, and again in this unpleasant tone... Then, during dinner, there was no vegetarian food at all. Every pizza or every quiche had either fish, chicken or another meat in it. The only vegetarian thing were potatoes and 1-2 other isolated veggies. When you ask the staff if the quiches/ tajines contain meat or fish, they either don't know or annoyingly say ”it's fine, its with chicken”... They don't seem to have had the best training and some of them even struggle with french... Also, the person i was staying with tried the fish and it was completely overcooked and burnt. The staff/waiters are generally stressed and unorganized and keep you waiting during the whole meal to finally serve you the overpriced water of bottle that you need to pay extra. Then, all the waiters at the bar keep you waiting for an eternity as well. And all the drinks are hugely overpriced, and you are not allowed to bring your own drinks... It's rly not a good deal, and it's better to just go to an all inclusive resort where you might pay more for the night but it's actually cheaper when compared with drink prices (even when only buying non-alcoholic drinks) and ofc more convenient! Then, there is zero entertainment during the day or the night... There is just a pool and some completely abandoned bars. Then, the corridors are not air conditioned and there was always a very bad smell in a certain corridor no matter what time of the day... And the beach isn't nice either... Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Wir sind dieses Jahr das 2. mal hier und werden definitiv wieder kommen. Jeder ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Jeder kannte uns mit Namen. Deutsch wurde auch von einigen gesprochen. Der Service ist top. Wir haben jeden Tag „unseren“ Tisch. Die Animation ist super, besonders Djo (Majdi) ist einfach super. Er ist immer gut gelaunt und egal was wir brauchten, er hat es uns besorgt. Die Zimmermädchen sind echt top. Jeden Tag haben wir eine andere Überraschung in unserem Zimmer gefunden. Wir schauen heute schon, wann wir wieder hier her kommen werden.

Wir hatten uns nach langer Zeit (Corona Pandemie) auf unseren ersten Familienurlaub gefreut. Leider sind die Bewertungen hier veraltet und das Hotel müsste sofort geschlossen werden! Die Hygienestandards werden hier sicher nicht ernstgenommen. . . Das Essen löste bei uns so starke Magenprobleme aus, das ich 2 ganze Urlaubstage mit brechen und Schwindel verbracht habe. Die Toiletten im gesamten Hotel waren ständig dreckig, leider sehr dreckig…. Ihr wisst schon.. Das schlimmste an allem war aber der schlechte Service und die Unfreundlichkeit. Achtung an alle Familien ! Giftige Schlangen befinden sich im Hotelbereich. (s. Foto) Wir mussten zur Sicherheit für unser Kind, die Schlange SELBST erlegen! Sicherheitskräfte sind leider nicht vorhanden. ODER sie schlafen öffentlich. Es ist nicht nur gruselig, jemanden so am Strandzugang zu begegnen - sondern auch zu wissen, das im schlimmsten Fall niemand zur Stelle ist. Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten hier sein Geld zu verbrennen. FINGER WEG We were looking forward to our first family holiday after a long time (Corona Pandemic). Unfortunately, the ratings here are outdated and the hotel should be closed immediately! The hygiene standards are certainly not taken seriously here. . . The food caused us such severe stomach problems that I spent 2 whole days on holiday vomiting and dizzy. The toilets in the entire hotel were constantly dirty, unfortunately very dirty.... You know... But the worst thing of all was the bad service and the unfriendliness. Attention all families ! There are poisonous snakes in the hotel area. (see photo) We had to kill the snake ourselves for the safety of our child! Unfortunately, there are no security guards. OR they are sleeping in public. It is not only scary to meet someone like that at the beach access - but also to know that in the worst case no one is there. I can only advise everyone not to burn their money here.
