Without a doubt, this was one of our best experiences. We had the pleasure of staying a few nights in early January, with friends who are visiting from the UK - we could not fault a thing. But, what really shows the superb hospitality John and his team turned on for us, was when we had to do a last-minute booking to stay again (late at night) because our friends had been in a car accident and been discharged from hospital. Not only did we get a bed, but John went over, above and beyond to help us in our hour of need. If we ever need to stay in Hamilton again - this will be our first choice. I highly recommend Quantum Lodge to others. Thanks so much John, you're a champion :o)

Als ich ein günstiges Zimmer reservierte, hätte ich auch ein sauberes Zimmer nach den Normen Neuseelands erwartet. So hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Toilette und Waschbecken gab es einen Bildschirm, um das Bett von Wasch- und Toilette zu trennen. Ein Handtuch für eine Dusche und ein Handtuch gab es ein Kleidungskappe und eine kleine Seite Zeichnen Das Bett und die Blätter und ein Kleidung waren ok, aber ich brachte mein eigenes Linen. Mein Teppich sah aus, als hätte es bessere Tage gesehen. Der Fan war ein Leben retten, da das Zimmer warm und reichlich war, es gab kein Fenster zu öffnen, sondern ein kleiner Auspufffan im Fenster. Die Klimaanlage war in der Halle, so musste meine Zimmertür öffnen. Ich blieb für 2 Nächte. Die Dusche hatte einen ausgezeichneten Druck und das Büropersonal ist cool.Es gibt ständige Bewohner auf der Sicht. Ich hatte nicht Frühstück und Essen. Gute Lage für CBD. Mein Zimmer war #26 und kostete mich $69.00 pro Nacht. Je nach Ihren persönlichen Erwartungen kann die Gesamtreinigung der Einrichtungen etwas sein, das ich nicht nur gut schlafen konnte.

This is a very nice Ibis hotel. It is in the cbd adjacent to the river. It's sister hotel Novotel is next door. We only stayed one night, were upgraded to a river view room on the 7th floor. I liked the recent refurbishments which reflected the maori (indigenous) heritage of the area and there were lots of nice touches in the decor. We slept well on comfy and firm beds. Our accor gold status was recognised at checkin. We arrived in in the evening and parked on the street which was free after 6pm. Noted other reviewers comments on the valet parking charges which we didn't require. The first two hours are free during the day. See parking meter photo for details. We enjoyed a fabulous meal in the Ibis restaurant, using our Accorplus discount. The food was excellently prepared and well above the standard expected at Ibis properties. The breakfast was included in our rate and very nice. I would stay again if visiting Hamilton. NZ is not a cheap place to visit now post covid so I thought this property represented reasonable value for the room rate.

Do not stay here unless you plan on having a terrible night’s sleep. This hotel is a nightmare! There is a sign as you enter the room saying “no discos or parties” which is just as well because there is plenty of that going on, on the street below for you to enjoy while trying to get to sleep until 3 or 4 am. The only good thing initially about the hotel is the location however that soon proved to be a negative with the insane amount of noise until super late (music, loud cars, people yelling and an odd humming noise in the ceiling). The room - especially the bathroom is lower quality more like a 2-3 star hotel. I have no idea how this is considered 4 star! The toilet seat was yellowish and well used - not attached well to the toilet and slid around. The shower water pressure is weak and positioned for people who are short. The carpet is well worn and the towels small. There are limited parking spaces which are first come first serve. Terrible customer service. The people at the front desk are unhelpful and did not explain how to get into the hotel after hours leaving me stranded outside until they finally answered the phone and hurriedly provided a code for the door. The lift sounds like it is about to break and was out of order at 1am. This hotel is perfect if you don’t value sleep, quality and friendly customer service. I would prefer to eat a cheese grater than stay here again.

Ich bin ein Motelreiniger und ich muss zugeben, ich habe überall aus Neugier geprüft und ich war nicht enttäuscht, alles war spotless, alles, was Sie brauchen ist im Zimmer außer für eine Mikrowelle und ein Ofen, aber Uber Essen ist eine tolle Option und ich fühle mich nicht wie schuldig bestellen, wenn Sie keine andere Wahl haben. Ich versuchte, das Fernsehen zu sehen, das nicht zuerst funktionieren würde, so muss wieder gestartet werden, dann nachdem es funktioniert konnte nicht mit Netflix klang, aber mit den normalen Fernsehkanälen klang nicht ein Problem für uns war, da wir Geräte und das WiFi funktioniert gut, Die Handfläche für die Dusche und das Bad sind verbunden, normalerweise schätze ich, Sie können sie separat wechseln, aber es erlaubte mir nicht, das zu tun, so, als ich eine Dusche hatte, war auch das Bad-Tape laufen. Sehr kleine Dinge falsch, die unsere Zeit hier nicht beeinflusst

Absolut einer der besten in Gastfreundschaft, Service, geräumige und schöne Zimmer. So sorgfältig und bedenklich während unser Aufenthalt wie unsere Mutter war im Waikato Hospital. Sie gingen wirklich oben und darüber, kann sie nicht wirklich genug danken. Maree und Grant sind tolle Gastgeber und wir würden sie an jemanden richten 😊 Danke für alles!!! Simon Bel und Jungs

Wir blieben früh im November 2023 für unsere Söhne Hochzeit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und alles, was Sie brauchen. Große Badezimmer und es gab viel Wasser und Milch im Kühlschrank auf der ersten Etage. Die Betten waren groß und komfortabel. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, es gibt viele Parkplätze und Zimmer für große Gruppen in den gemeinsamen Bereichen. Das Rezeptionzimmer ist perfekt mit Blick auf alle Fenster, die eine große Hintergrundlage für die Fotos macht. Die Grundstücke sind sehr gut gepflegt und es war eine Freude dort zu bleiben. Das Personal ist so aufmerksam, hart arbeiten und so freundlich und effizient. Check-in war ein Brise, sehr informativ und hilfreich. Das kontinentale Frühstück war für den Tag anfangs sehr gut gepflegt. Danke allen an der Narrows Landing, ich werde sehr empfehlen zu Familie und Freunden.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Flughafen, das Restaurant ist sehr lecker und andere scheinen nicht zu haben. Es gibt viele kleine Wildschweinchen auf dem Hotelgras, die Kinder sehen, ist nicht schlecht,

We booked into Podium Lodge initially for two nights, We had a large family group of 3 x couples, a pet dog & parents in a campervan. Unfortunately one of our group was admitted to Hamilton hospital unexepectedly before we had even booked in. The staff went out of their way to help us & regularly checked in with us for updates on how our family member was doing. They kept the rooms pencilled in for us - ensuring that we didn't have to change rooms at any stage & in one case charged us at a lower rate than what they could have. They even left flowers & mandarins in our rooms - ontop of this the actual accommodation was fantastic with lovely clean, quiet rooms & very comfortable beds. All the staff were exceptional to deal with - even down to the cleaners who were awesome & took a personal interest in our welfare. We would all highly recommend the Podium Lodge as the only place to stay in Cambridge.
