Hamilton Rototuna North Hotels

Welcome was good. The reception staff were friendly and accommodated our request for a river facing room. Overall the service was just okay for it's price. For its price, I feel that parking should be included. A limited parking that can be reserved at $36 was offered when I called in a day before as well as a free parking further down the hotel that is not guaranteed. We availed of the additional $36, this includes a valet service. The hotel room design was as expected of Novotel hotels, but it was not up to it's best standard. The remote control and kettle in our room was dusty. Amenities needed to be requested, I did this in advance during booking. But there were no slippers in the room upon arrival except for the 4 towels requested. Breakfast buffet was just the usual fare.

Hotel ist gut Budget Hotel. Parkplatz ist teuer und nicht bequem. Allein Valet. Bei der Auscheckung sprachen beide Rezeptionisten im Telefon für zehn Minuten, während viele Gäste auf die Auscheckung warten

此次入住三個晚上，對房間的一切設施都還算滿意，唯獨隔音效果較差，晚上半夜睡覺的時候都可以清楚聽到外面的車子引擎聲，也許也有可能是那些車子本身引擎的關係，但還是導致我睡眠品質不佳，如果對於聲音較敏感的人想要來這裡入住的話可能需要考慮一下。 另外，入住的第二天下午，因為我房門有掛「請勿打擾」的牌子，照理說房務人員應該不會進來做清潔，但是有一個房務人員不知道是因為沒有看到掛的牌子還是什麼原因，她卻在敲完門三下後直接刷卡開門(她敲門當下我沒有應門是因為我正在廁所沒辦法做回應)，當下還以為是紐西蘭這裡的人工作習慣，但後來越想越奇怪，所以隔天剛好遇到另一個房務人員就跟她做了確認，她才表明說如果客人房門有掛「請勿打擾」他們其實是不會開門進入的，只會拍照做紀錄，那位房務人員也很驚訝竟然發生這件事，也有代替那位開我房門的房務人員跟我致歉，並表示會再跟他們的經理反應這件事，所以除了這兩件事之外，對於此次入住都還算滿意。

Our stay was really great. After a few little tweaks every thing settled in. The only issue we felt needing attention urgently was the....Ice-boxes ...in the fridge. We would certainly recommend the Ramada Hotel to all. .

Huge rooms, the biggest I've had in New Zealand, however the room was sparsely furnished so they could have made better use of the space which was effectively wasted. For instance there were no chairs to sit in. A pair of chairs with a side table would really make a difference. Its a historic hotel but very much 'faded grandeur', however I knew when I booked that the hotel wasn't the most modern and that was ok as I wanted that historic feel. It's not everyday that you stay inthe same hotel that Queen Elizabeth did (in 1953). The bed was comfortable, the shower hot (a huge bathroom too) and the staff were helpful. Great location right in the city centre too.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen bequemen Transport und bequeme Parkplätze. Das Zimmer ist groß genug und es ist sehr durchdacht mit Luft und Heizdecken. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett im Zimmer, und es ist kein Problem mit einem Kind. Die Raumaufteilung ist angemessen, es gibt Küchenherde und Kühlschränke und Esstische und Stühle, das Badezimmer ist sehr praktisch, um trocken und nass zu trennen, werde Freunde zum Verweilen empfehlen.

This hotel/motel did surprise me with it's space, cleanliness, big bathroom, a basin at coffee area which is helpful. Restaurants are nearby with walking distance. Will definitely recommend to friends
