Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig! Dann ist etwas Schlimmes passiert, das Auto wurde im Hotel zerkratzt, aber keine Sorge, das Hotel verfügt über eine hochauflösende Videoüberwachung, die bei der Kontrolle hilft! ! Am nächsten Tag hatte meine Familie ihre Zahnprothese im Hotelzimmer vergessen. Als sie das bemerkten, kontaktierten sie das Hotel und dieses reagierte umgehend. Das Zimmer war jedoch bereits gereinigt worden und sie konnten die Prothese letztlich nicht finden. Der Verlust belief sich auf über 20.000 Yuan. Wie schade.

Good service, but the facilitate is outdated and very old, though it was renovated 5 years ago. Even the king superior room is very small, only enough for a bed.

convenient location, easy to access to  restaurants and bars. The hotel is a bit old but good maintence and clean.

Great location in the city, only a short walk to the eateries. Rooms were well appointed and very clean. The staff were super helpful to us. Highly recommended

Awful, looks like a rundown backpackers, do not stay here, its not a Ramada, it a Backpackers and a dirty scruffy one at that. Ramada Head Office should be ashamed

Stayed here as an interim stop to visit the Hamilton Gardens, the park around lake rotoroa and then drive on to the Bridal Veil falls before returning to Auckland for our flights home. The Hotel was clean, free parking (and secure parking available if the free areas had run out) and has a good sister restaurant attached. Really nice hotel, very friendly staff and a good nights' sleep. Couldn't have wished for better.

Great location, arrived Tuesday afternoon for Graduation Ceremony at Waikato University, had dinner 5 doors down, perfect for our plans, great room, clean, comfortable, we booked the family suite, road noise wasn't a major problem, hotel car park was convenient, overall, good value for money.

Clean and not too dated inside the room Very noisy bed to even sit on Woken up at 7am with two continuous beeps/alarms, one louder than the other, the louder one stopped but quieter one continued A banging happening at either the end of the hall or below us, really loud and would be the same amount of bangs each time! Parking is VERY limited behind the hotel - very disappointed I had been told free parking which is why I booked it, then turned up to find no spaces and having to pay for on street parking all night

The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants a plenty just across the street in easy walking distance. The room was good, bed was comfortable and great for a short business trip. I was disappointed with the breakfast, the hot food looked like it had been out for some time, the selection of cereals was limited and the cold meats and cheese were average.

The double bed is two small for 2 adults. And it’s too noisy…housekeeping staff keeps talking and knocking the doors in the early morning…

Room was not up-to the ramada standards. Motels feels much better. I felt a bit suffocated room. Real old building. I would never prefer this hotel ever again. That’s all i can say. Its not what we see in pictures.

Nice Location, but Hotel was very old and i need of a Renovation! bed was comfortable good for 1-2 nights!
