Management: Rude, dismissive, could not or pretended not to explain payments schedule or read his bookings, demanded we show proof of payment, tried to take visa payment without permission, refused to give complaint details of his supervisors. We have been loyal patrons for 15 yrs, this is the worst treatment we have ever received. Cleanliness: Bathroom basins not cleaned, Rubbish liners not replaced, mud left on floors from outside (not ours), old smoke butt left in bin (I am a non smoker). Made us vacume our own rooms. Chipped plates, and rubbish behind couches & found a spare key, told us $50 for lost keys, people before us would have been charged from poor cleaning. Will be looking elsewhere next year, my company book at least 8 to 10 rooms a year for at least 6-8days. No more.
