I’m not hard to please. I like clean rooms, nice amenities and good customer service. This HI lacks on all. We checked in for a five day stay by a harried dad comforting a toddler in his arms. We came home yesterday to the room not being supplied with coffee/towels toilet paper and thought it was a one off. Met the housekeeping staff at 420 pm In The hall and got said items. Today we came back to our room after a long day to find no housekeeping again. Down to the desk I go, told due to COVID, housekeeping only available by REQUEST! No fresh towels. No garbage emptied. No toilet paper. No coffee… I’m on the app… no mention of said rules on it, no mention by the dad at checkin and no mention on my email. Fine, I request for tomorrow, ask for towels and coffee. Was delivered without facecloths, have to ask housekeeping in the morning and we go to bed. 11:40pm room phone rings and front desk is asking if they gave me keys when they delivered towels. So now it’s 11:36 pm, I’m tired and cranky and making this review while all details are fresh. Will not book here again and sorry I’m here for another night.

Nur eine Nacht geblieben, aber es war wert, meine Punkte zu nutzen! Zum ersten Mal in George Stadt und ich war dort für ein Treffen. Alles überstieg meine Erwartungen ... Das Personal ist wirklich nett, das Zimmer war super sauber, der Grab und gehen Frühstück war gut. Kann nicht genug gute Dinge über dieses Best Western ... Und deshalb würde es sicherlich meinen neuen Favoriten jedem empfehlen. 10/10

I usually don’t write reviews but in case any of you are immunocompromised or care about cleanliness, I felt that I should warn you. I ended up have a nightmare of a stay for a few hours here. I was in town for my grandmother's funeral. I arrived quite tired after my flight and having worked earlier. Initially, things were fine. Check in went smoothly and quickly thankfully. I reserved a one bedroom suite. All I wanted to do was eat dinner, shower and sleep. After dinner arrived via uber eats, I ate in the living area and watched tv. About two hours into my stay, I went to the washroom and noticed a hair on the folded towels. Gross. I went over to the bed and noticed hairs on the top blanket and pillowcase. I lifted the blanket and found more hairs. Clearly, a new blanket and linen was not placed on the bed. Instead, I imagine the staff just remade the bed using the linen the previous guest used. I also noticed a stain on the top blanket and one of the pillowcases. So I went down and spoke to the front desk. The guy there had a hoodie on, I didn’t get his name, I guess the hoodie covered the name tag. I told him about the hairs, he seemed surprised, look at the computer and said there aren’t any other rooms available. I told him, “that’s fine, I would like to just leave. Please cancel my reservation.” He then became rude and said “you checked in two hours ago, if you had told me right away, I could have done something. I can’t cancel your reservation.” I tried to explain to him that I had been eating dinner and didn’t think to immediately inspect the linen and towels when I first got to the room. Because when paying over $300 CAD a night for a hotel room, I like to assume that the room will be clean. I guess that was my mistake. He started talking over me and repeating himself over and over. I kept trying to explain, “I don’t want another room. I want the rest of my stay cancelled.” I had reserved the room for three nights. But he just continued talking over me. Finally, I told him I would call customer service and left. It was very upsetting conversing with someone so rude and unapologetic. Back in the room, I called customer service. The agent I spoke to was very kind and apologized despite it not being her fault. She agreed that I should be able to assume that the room would be clean and shouldn’t need to inspect the bed and towels when I first get to the room. She unfortunately couldn’t cancel my stay since it was still active and said that the hotel staff would have it cancel it. She said she would send a message to the hotel to let them know of the cleanliness issue. I then looked for a new hotel to stay at and fortunately found one close by and left. As I was leaving (this was about 3 hours after arriving), I saw a different guy at the front desk. I gave him my keys and told him I was leaving and to please check me out. He was confused as he had seen me check in earlier. I explained to him what h

New hotel with clean modern rooms and free parking. Would have easily been a 5 star review had it not been for the reception staff on duty upon arrival, whose greeting comprised a raised eyebrow - to which I had to explain that I was there to check in (surprise). She did proceed to check us in without issue but successfully made us feel like an utter inconvenience. Perhaps her job description could have been better written.

Das Courtyard ist unser Hotel, das wir wählen, wenn wir die Familie in Brampton besuchen. Zugegebenermaßen ist die Mehrheit unserer Zeit außerhalb des Hotels verbracht und wir essen normalerweise nur mit der Familie, so dass ich keine Kommentare zu den Einrichtungen machen kann. Aber die Zimmer sind mehr als geeignet, unsere Kopfe nachts zu legen - sauber und überraschend nicht sehr laut, angesichts der ziemlich besetzten Gegend befindet sich das Hotel in. Personal ist freundlich, Preise sind vernünftig. Wir planen wieder zu bleiben.

Ich habe die Buchung im Januar gemacht und dann einige Bewertungen gelesen, die sich auf das beziehen, was die Bewerter als negativ erschienen. Ich habe das in keinem Aspekt unseres Aufenthalts gesehen. Es stärkt wieder meinen Glauben an eine bestimmte Gruppe von Menschen, die unnötig nit-wachen und nie wirklich zufrieden sind. Es war ein sehr komfortabel 8-nights Aufenthalt für meine Familie von 5 Besucherbeziehungen in Brampton. Meine Kinder lieben besonders das Innenschwimmen. Die Lage war ok, es ist nicht in der Stadt Toronto oder sogar Brampton - und das ist im Preis reflektiert. Es war sehr sauber und wurde sauber gehalten. Frühstück war das Standard-Hotelangebot, aber es war es gut wert. Personal war freundlich, respektvoll und gerne zu helfen. Letztlich, ein sehr guter Aufenthalt und ich werde glücklich wieder bleiben.

Ich empfehle dieses True Hotel Hilton neue und super sauber mit einem schönen Pool-Bewegungsraum und einem erstaunlichen Frühstücksbuffet jeden Morgen kostenloser Shuttle zum Flughafen Groß freundlich und awesome Mitarbeiter immer bereit, zu helfen und für unsere verfügbar Bedenken werden zurück gehen sicher danke Kind bezüglich Ronald
