We celebrated our anniversary holiday at ha long Bay. Stayed at Ramada hotel Suites by Wyndham Ha long Bay view for 6 days. Had an unforgettable anniversary. Special thanks to Ms. Hong, F & B manager. During our 6 days stay Provides a lot of information and services. Since I am a foreigner, I can't communicate with the staff. Ms. Hong's English is excellent. We are very fortunate to meet her. And Ms. Nga from Reception, very patient to solve the check-in problem .We like the swimming pool on the 31st floor very much. We also took a lot of sunset photos. As for the ** indoor swimming pool, we were a little disappointed. Because the jacuzzi in the pool is not working properly. Overall, I feel that staying at the Ramada hotel is very comfortable. It is a must for vacation Our enjoyment has exceeded the room price. Next time I come to Ha Long Bay, I will still choose Ramada hotel as my first choice. Finally, we would like to thank MR IT DUC for being patient and helping and repairing the TV countless times. At the same time, my wife would like to thank F & B Manager Ms. Huong served my wife a special breakfast.

We wanted a hotel instead of usual overnight cruise for flexibility at night. Best Western Sapphire Ha Long was one of the few hotels where we could preselect ocean view room instead of it being up to chance/luck. The hotel itself was stunning! The staff so thoughtful, helpful and courteous that really elevated the experience to something very special. The hotel and rooms are very luxurious! We chose the 2 br oceanview and all rooms had amazing views, with the lounge having a balcony along with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay. It was so lovely relaxing. We had a drizzly day but it was still so special. The official photos are exactly what you get and are honest in their representation. The buffet breakfast is enormous in variety! Full Western and Asian selections with salads, pastries, noodles, congee, juice and muesli, hot cooked buffets just to name a few. There was plenty with no sign of running out when we were there (Dec). The breakfast room was huge and elegant. Definitely worth adding it on to your stay! We were warned by others that the location is not convenient to main centre, which was good advice, as it is about 15 mins drive over the bridge. However it is not so isolated from other things and there were many restaurants and cafes around it and the walkways along the way stunning. We were kind of just wanting to chill when no on the cruise so this was perfect for us! I would definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

The scene was so beautiful with mountain backdrops and peaceful design. There are many options for soaking with different temperatures & setting. The amenities were clean, well kept, and plentiful. The staff were polite & helpful. The lunch buffet offered many hot & cold options. We really enjoyed the Himalayan heat rock & the cold room. We were told it was not as busy compared to the weekends or Holidays, but it was hard to truly relax in the common area, especially the soaking area. It appeared that keeping quiet reminder was not re-enforced by the staff. There were so many guests who conversed so loudly. We had to request these guests several times to respect the keep quiet rule in the steam rooms. In addition, we found it quite regretful witnessing many guests spitting everywhere, not respecting the shared environment. We also saw several guests in inappropriate attire- a few men just wore their underwear instead of the required swim trunk/suit. We found the beautiful environment being tainted by people who disrespected common courtesy which was not re-enforced for the full experience. We will need to re-consider going back.

This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

Great hotel, central location, staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service. Gym equipment needs updating, treadmills not working, cable machine broke, and you have to pay extra for the steam room & sauna, not much, but it is in the spa and part of a package.

Gemütliches und volles Frühstücksbuffet ... Bai Chay Seafood coop ist mit dem Restaurant verbunden, das sehr wert das Geld, lecker, mäßiger Preis, .. alles ist enthusiastisch + Service ... Wenn Sie wieder nach Ha Long gehen, wähle ich dieses Hotel noch.. kurz, Zufriedenheit

Essen Sie wirklich viele Orte, die nicht lecker in Ha Long wie das Yatch Hotel Halong von DC sind. Chef Dat von berühmten 5 * Hotels in Hanoi ist der Faktor, der hier den Unterschied zu erzeugen. Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

Unsere Familienreise mit 2 Kindern und Großmutter in diesem Hotel war hervorragend. Schon der Empfang durch den Gäste Service Manager Herr Vu Nhu Tung (Toby) war zugewandt und sehr Aufmerksam bei der Zimmervergabe. Der Blick vom Zimmer aus dem 22. Stock auf die Halong-Bay mit den Inseln war atemberaubend schön. Die Zimmer perfekt sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig mit westlichen und asiatischen Angeboten - das war wichtig für unsere gemischte Familie. Schöne Schwimmbäder und Sozialräume. Das Personal immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Insbesondere Frau ”Tracy” vom Empfang hat uns große Freude bereitet. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Thomas Sebald (Darmstadt)

If you are looking for a Hotel near the Marina so you can board your Cruise in the morning then seriously consider this Hotel. The staff was pleasant and waited for our late arrival then arranged for us to be driver to the terminal on their EV. All four of us really enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed an extra day instead of Hanoi. We arrived late so we didn't get to sample their cuisine but we had an enjoyable Breakfast Buffet.
