Es war mein erster Besuch in der Halong-Bucht und ich habe Oakwood gebucht, weil ich näher am Strand sein wollte. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, nachts sehr ruhig und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, aber für kleine Familien nicht geeignet. Als ich eincheckte, war es etwas spät und ich hatte nachts etwas Angst

This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

Excellent value for the money. The location is walking distance to some decent restaurants, Vincom mall, and Bai Tho Mountain. It is a 25-30 min taxi ride to Ha Long Bay. It is also a bit further off from some of the more touristy areas in the Bai Chay area, but there is no issue finding a taxi if you have an interest in wandering over to that area. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean enough. The only issue I had was the walls were a bit thin. I could clearly hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. However, I would choose to stay here again as it is very budget friendly while still providing a clean spot to rest.

Mein Mann und ich sind sehr begeistert vom Hotel, der Service 1A mit * , besonders die Managerin und ihrer Empfangsdamen, sehr zuverlässig und sind tut jeder Hilfe zur Stelle. Für die Flitterwochen hat es total gelohnt, bequemes Bett und wunderschönes Zimmer, das Essen auch sehr sehr lecker, besonders wenn man traditionelle Gerichte Probiert. Die Attraktionen sind vom Hotel 10 min mit einem Taxi erreichbar und auch vom Hotel zum Flughafen oder zur anderen Stadt, ergibt es sich, dass einem eine Limousine (Mini Bus) gestellt wird, die einen zum Ort bringt. Wir sind total begeistert und würden in nahe Zukunft auch mit Kindern wieder kommen, zudem das Hotel auch total Kinder freundlich ist. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst für den tollen Service.

Unsere Familienreise mit 2 Kindern und Großmutter in diesem Hotel war hervorragend. Schon der Empfang durch den Gäste Service Manager Herr Vu Nhu Tung (Toby) war zugewandt und sehr Aufmerksam bei der Zimmervergabe. Der Blick vom Zimmer aus dem 22. Stock auf die Halong-Bay mit den Inseln war atemberaubend schön. Die Zimmer perfekt sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig mit westlichen und asiatischen Angeboten - das war wichtig für unsere gemischte Familie. Schöne Schwimmbäder und Sozialräume. Das Personal immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Insbesondere Frau ”Tracy” vom Empfang hat uns große Freude bereitet. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Thomas Sebald (Darmstadt)

We celebrated our anniversary holiday at ha long Bay. Stayed at Ramada hotel Suites by Wyndham Ha long Bay view for 6 days. Had an unforgettable anniversary. Special thanks to Ms. Hong, F & B manager. During our 6 days stay Provides a lot of information and services. Since I am a foreigner, I can't communicate with the staff. Ms. Hong's English is excellent. We are very fortunate to meet her. And Ms. Nga from Reception, very patient to solve the check-in problem .We like the swimming pool on the 31st floor very much. We also took a lot of sunset photos. As for the ** indoor swimming pool, we were a little disappointed. Because the jacuzzi in the pool is not working properly. Overall, I feel that staying at the Ramada hotel is very comfortable. It is a must for vacation Our enjoyment has exceeded the room price. Next time I come to Ha Long Bay, I will still choose Ramada hotel as my first choice. Finally, we would like to thank MR IT DUC for being patient and helping and repairing the TV countless times. At the same time, my wife would like to thank F & B Manager Ms. Huong served my wife a special breakfast.

Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt vom Sojo Hotel. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich ein Smart Hotel erlebt habe, und ich liebe alles daran. Dank der benutzerfreundlichen App muss man kein Technikfreak sein, um sein Zimmer zu bedienen. Unser Zimmer bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Halong-Bucht. Wenn man früh aufsteht, kann man einen Morgenspaziergang im nahegelegenen Park machen. Um die Ecke gibt es auch ein sehr großes Einkaufszentrum. Man ist buchstäblich im Herzen der Stadt. Was mir ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat, war die echte Freundlichkeit und Fürsorge des Personals. Huyen, Cuc und Ha haben ihr Bestes gegeben, um sich um unser Frühstück zu kümmern und sicherzustellen, dass wir mit dem, was auf den Tisch gebracht wurde, zufrieden waren. Ich würde auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe. Wenn Sie nach einer entspannenden und coolen Unterkunft suchen, wo Ihre Bedürfnisse ernst genommen und berücksichtigt werden, dann ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie.

Ich habe mit meinen Eltern bei @flc.hotelsandresorts in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam geblieben und hier ist mein Feedback ⬇️ 👉 Echt ein luxuriöser Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, mit einer wirklich schönen Aussicht auf den Golfplatz und Teil von Ha Long Bay. 👉 Sie müssen die Sky Bar auf dem 21. Stock & Bamboo Restaurant besuchen. Sie sind beide Top-Notch! .👉 Der Schwimmbad war großartig, aber wir haben es nicht wegen des kalten Wetters verwendet, aber sie haben auch ein Innentemperaturkontrolle Pool, was ebenso wunderbar war 👉 Das Hotelpersonal hat keinen Stein unverändert, um unseren Aufenthalt zu erinnern. 👉 Nur wenige Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch, aber das wird keine Frage 👉 Gesamt, wenn Sie mit Ihren Eltern/Familien planen, sollten Sie diese berücksichtigen..

The scene was so beautiful with mountain backdrops and peaceful design. There are many options for soaking with different temperatures & setting. The amenities were clean, well kept, and plentiful. The staff were polite & helpful. The lunch buffet offered many hot & cold options. We really enjoyed the Himalayan heat rock & the cold room. We were told it was not as busy compared to the weekends or Holidays, but it was hard to truly relax in the common area, especially the soaking area. It appeared that keeping quiet reminder was not re-enforced by the staff. There were so many guests who conversed so loudly. We had to request these guests several times to respect the keep quiet rule in the steam rooms. In addition, we found it quite regretful witnessing many guests spitting everywhere, not respecting the shared environment. We also saw several guests in inappropriate attire- a few men just wore their underwear instead of the required swim trunk/suit. We found the beautiful environment being tainted by people who disrespected common courtesy which was not re-enforced for the full experience. We will need to re-consider going back.
