Mein Mann und ich sind sehr begeistert vom Hotel, der Service 1A mit * , besonders die Managerin und ihrer Empfangsdamen, sehr zuverlässig und sind tut jeder Hilfe zur Stelle. Für die Flitterwochen hat es total gelohnt, bequemes Bett und wunderschönes Zimmer, das Essen auch sehr sehr lecker, besonders wenn man traditionelle Gerichte Probiert. Die Attraktionen sind vom Hotel 10 min mit einem Taxi erreichbar und auch vom Hotel zum Flughafen oder zur anderen Stadt, ergibt es sich, dass einem eine Limousine (Mini Bus) gestellt wird, die einen zum Ort bringt. Wir sind total begeistert und würden in nahe Zukunft auch mit Kindern wieder kommen, zudem das Hotel auch total Kinder freundlich ist. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst für den tollen Service.

Dieses Zimmer ist wirklich großartig. Zunächst ist das Bett 🛏️ groß und komfortabel, sodass die Leute sich sofort entspannen können. Zweitens, die Klarheit und Komfort des Zimmers macht mich beeindruckend, es gibt kaum Probleme mit den Wurstrümmern, die mich in Sicherheit genießen können. Darüber hinaus ist die Klimaanlage im Zimmer effizient. Ob es heiß ist, kann ich die Temperatur im Zimmer genießen. Insgesamt ist es eine tolle Unterkunftserfahrung. Ich werde dieses Zimmer sicher an meine Freunde empfehlen.

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there.
Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t
Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors.
Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

Unsere Familienreise mit 2 Kindern und Großmutter in diesem Hotel war hervorragend. Schon der Empfang durch den Gäste Service Manager Herr Vu Nhu Tung (Toby) war zugewandt und sehr Aufmerksam bei der Zimmervergabe. Der Blick vom Zimmer aus dem 22. Stock auf die Halong-Bay mit den Inseln war atemberaubend schön. Die Zimmer perfekt sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig mit westlichen und asiatischen Angeboten - das war wichtig für unsere gemischte Familie. Schöne Schwimmbäder und Sozialräume. Service: Der Service an der Rezeption muss verbessert werden. Als ich auscheckte, bat mich der Rezeptionist, mich neben mich zu setzen und zu warten. Nach etwa 20 Minuten fragte ich, ob ich gehen könne. Der älteste Bruder hat gerade gefragt, wie viel das Zimmer kostet? Also habe ich auf die Einsamkeit gewartet?

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

Es ist eine luxuriöse Villa mit 7-Sterne-Ambiente, aber leider mit 3-Sterne-Service. Der Ort ist wunderschön und definitiv einen Aufenthalt wert, besonders wenn Sie eine große Familie haben. Bringen Sie jedoch unbedingt alles mit, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen könnten. Erstens gibt es eine große Sprachbarriere, und zweitens ist es sehr aufwändig, nach Kleinigkeiten wie einer zusätzlichen Wasserflasche oder einem Mückenschutzmittel zu fragen. Tolle Lage, in Gehweite zum Ha Long-Nachtmarkt und zu allen Geschäften und Restaurants entlang der Ha Long-Straße. Guter Service, nettes Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüfett. Sauberes, geräumiges und komfortables Zimmer. Das einzige Problem war die lärmende Menge, die dafür sorgte, dass man sich am Frühstücksbüfett des Hotels wie auf einem unorganisierten Flohmarkt fühlte. Die Leute drängten sich an allen Büfettstationen, sie schrien (riefen sich gegenseitig), sie redeten alle extrem laut, als ob sie alle halb taub wären. Ziemlich enttäuschend, dieses Verhalten in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel zu sehen.

This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

GGastnutzerHervorragende Erfahrung vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken. Hervorragender Service von Bryan und dem Team an Bord – sie waren aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und unterhaltsam! Das Essen an Bord war großartig, mit einem guten Buffet und einem köstlichen 6-Gänge-Abendessen! Auf dem Boot ist das Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet (ich habe den Balkon und die Badewanne genossen!) und es gibt viel Platz zum Entspannen und Abhängen.
Ausgezeichnete Reiseroute mit hervorragender Aussicht und Eintauchen in die Halong-Bucht. Die Aktivitäten waren zeitlich gut abgestimmt und nicht so überfüllt, sodass sie angenehm und entspannt waren.

JJMartinhoDas Personal ist großartig. Harry ist ein nettes Mann, auch ein paar Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und unser Butler Merlin. Ich habe ein weiteres Kreuzfahrtsport in Halong Bay gemacht und ich denke, es gibt einige Dinge, die sie besser machen können, zum Beispiel:
- der Route ist nicht das beste, es stoppt nicht bei den großen Attraktionen in Halong Bay (die Nigger-Grün, die Sicht). Das Boot ist fast die ganze Zeit gestoppt.
- Drinks in der Bar sind nicht gut, wir mussten manchmal leider Cocktails zurücksenden. Die Mitarbeiter sind so nett, dass es schwer zu klagen fühlt, aber die Drinks waren nicht zu trinken.
- Übertragung auf das Boot war ein großer Mist, Leute kämpfen, weil es nicht genug Sitze gab, mein Sitz hatte keinen Sitzgurt.
Im Allgemeinen ist es eine gute Erfahrung, wenn dies Ihre erste Kreuzfahrt nach Halong Bay, wenn es nicht Sie werden nicht beeindruckt.
Es ist kein Luxuskonzept, so dass es enttäuschend sein könnte, wenn Sie so ein schönes Schiff sehen.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, mit einer wirklich schönen Aussicht auf den Golfplatz und Teil von Ha Long Bay. 👉 Sie müssen die Sky Bar auf dem 21. Stock & Bamboo Restaurant besuchen. Sie sind beide Top-Notch! .👉 Der Schwimmbad war großartig, aber wir haben es nicht wegen des kalten Wetters verwendet, aber sie haben auch ein Innentemperaturkontrolle Pool, was ebenso wunderbar war 👉 Das Hotelpersonal hat keinen Stein unverändert, um unseren Aufenthalt zu erinnern. 👉 Nur wenige Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch, aber das wird keine Frage 👉 Gesamt, wenn Sie mit Ihren Eltern/Familien planen, sollten Sie diese berücksichtigen..

DDB0690Excellent value for the money. The location is walking distance to some decent restaurants, Vincom mall, and Bai Tho Mountain. It is a 25-30 min taxi ride to Ha Long Bay. It is also a bit further off from some of the more touristy areas in the Bai Chay area, but there is no issue finding a taxi if you have an interest in wandering over to that area. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean enough. The only issue I had was the walls were a bit thin. I could clearly hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. However, I would choose to stay here again as it is very budget friendly while still providing a clean spot to rest.

SShirley Chong Choon LangMeine Familie genossen uns sehr auf Rita Cruise, die wir wegen unvorhersehbarer Umstände von Alisa Kreuzfahrt auf Ha Long Bay wechselten. Wir wurden uns unverzüglich von Tony Pham, C.O.O. des Unternehmens informiert. Der Transport vom Hotel bis zur Eincheckung war reibungslos. Herr Alex und Herr Happy auf Rita Kreuzfahrt sorgten dafür, dass alle Gäste während der Kreuzfahrt behandelt wurden. Essen war reichlich und gut zubereitet. Aktivitäten waren vernünftig und variierten. Kajaking und Höhlen, die in einem Boot zu sehen, waren von allen gefallen. Ich hatte eine Erfahrung in der Kochklasse an Bord. Mein Hubby und meine Tochter hatten Spaß bei der Squidfischerei. Die Präsidentschaftssuite, in der wir verblieben, war erstaunlich. Ich genossen den Jacuzzi, den Massagesitz und das Spaß am Minigolf am Balkon. Es war eine erinnerebare und unvergessliche Reise für uns. Danke für die Erinnerungen und für die ständige Überprüfung, um sicherzustellen, dass wir gut sind. Die Geste ist sehr geschätzt. Check out diese Kreuzfahrten, wenn jemals in Hanoi.

AAnonymer BenutzerI went on the cruise with my two sons, and we had a fantastic time. This was definitely the highlight of our entire Vietnam trip! The views were like heaven on earth, and being surrounded by karst islands from the ship felt truly magical.
Our room was spacious, and we made full use of the jacuzzi and balcony, soaking in the stunning scenery. While there were only a few activities, they were perfect for someone like me in my 60s or for those who prefer a more relaxing cruise experience. We still got to enjoy a bamboo boat ride, explore the Dark and Bright Cave, take part in a cooking class, fishing village tour, and try squid fishing
The food was excellent, and the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Thank you for making our Vietnam trip so memorable!

GGuest UserWe stayed in a 2BR apartment, which was cosy, but adequate for our family of four. Having 2 bathrooms was great, and the A/C was lovely and cool. The kitchen only had 4 glasses, 2 coffee cups, some tea/coffee, a kettle and a fridge, so not setup for any sort of self-catering. Rooftop pool was well utilised by our family during the limited opening hours (closed during the middle of the day). Gym was well equipped but warm with no A/C or fans. We didn’t use the indoor pool, although it looked nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast - mix between set menu and buffet, depending on the day. The staff were excellent. In the restaurant, Rosie was always helpful and happily shared ideas for planning our days. The hotel reception staff - in particular Ms. Nga and Ms. Thu, helped plan several activities, including booking massages, taxis, Ha Long Bay tour and airport transfer on arrival, and transfer to Hanoi on our behalf. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

I really enjoy es my stay at Novotel Ha Long Bay.
1. The room is extremely spacious. I would say that 3 people moving around would be no problem at all. The bed is also large.
2. The amenities are superb, I got all I need and some of those are eco-friendly items.
3. Not only the bedroom, the bathroom is spacious too. Wow!
4. The staffs are humble and understanding. At first I requested a late checkout until 12.30, yet I changed it to 13.00 because I just got back from my friend’s wedding. Furthermore, they always helping me order Main Linh taxi.
5. Squeaky clean!!! I love clean property!!!
Unfortunately, there is no bidet. Indonesians use bidet daily. There is no option a of Halal food, yet it is okay, that is just common in Vietnam. Overall, my experience was impressive to the point I even take photos for the purpose of reviewing how good this hotel was.

YYee11I recently had the pleasure of sailing through Ha Long Bay with Dora Cruise as Doria Cruise not able to complete it time, but the company helped to transferred and provide some discount and it was an unforgettable experience!
The Dora cruise ship was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They transferred us to the Executive Suite, with its spacious luxury and stunning views of the emerald waters.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration.
And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special.
The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe.
Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.
