Arrived late and it was easy as they left the keys and instructions at the reception. Cabin was clean. Appliances are ok except they have this tiny TV which is really outdated. Would be great if they a separate air-conditioning unit in the bedroom instead of just one in the living area. It was quite noisy and should upgrade. as a one night stay it was ok but would have to consider if staying longer.

War ein komfortables Aufenthalt in einer guten Lage. Service war perfekt. Einziges, was zu verbessern war die Lage der Heizung - zu weit von der Toilette also etwas zu kalt nach der Dusche. Sonst, ein guter Aufenthalt :)

Rezeption war sehr schön,  Wir kamen um 10pm, er upgraded unser Zimmer,weil das neue Zimmer gut aussehen kann, um Kangaroos zu sehen, sagte er “das Zimmer ist jetzt frei,Hoffentlich können wir in Grampianen genießen” und das Zimmer auch sauber

Es war überraschend gut für den Preis.
Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Dusche Kopf ist der riesige Regenfall. Wasser war schön und heiß
Wärmebecken im Bett mit Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Hat auch einen TV.
Overall the staff were really nice and I’d rate this 4/5 for motels. Would recommend the ‘superor’ rooms. Loved this place overall

The friendly welcome really stood out. The room was clean and basic. The bed was very comfortable and a great selection of pillows. The gardens are vast and the location is amongst trees. A very enjoyable stay.

The reviews does not justify this place. The hotel is old but in terms of cleanliness and comfort of bed is spot on! Location is very ideal too if you are planning to visit Boroka Lookout and McKenzie Falls.

出乎預料的舒適！房間寬敞，廚具齊全，卧具舒適。爬完山回來享受一下按摩椅和浴缸簡直太舒服了！落地窗外的小池塘常有數十衹鴨子嬉戲，草坪上從早到晚都有袋鼠蹦跳，還有成羣的鸚鵡和漂亮小鳥。

Really loved my stay at NRMA Halls Gap!! It’s really clean! They even had heated beds, but one side is unplugged, without a plug nearby.
There’s a car lot available right beside the villa. Makes unloading our stuff really easy and accessible.

Kabine hat alles, was Sie brauchen!!! Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber, es gab ein Pantry mit Kleidern, Pansen, Werkzeuge - Haus war auch sehr bequem in der Stadtzentrum gelegen! Es wurden auch viele wilde Kangaroos beobachtet!

GGenya2kI stayed 3 nights but easily could stay the whole week there. Well-equipped kitchen, laundry (paid), clean bathrooms, free parking, and I was lucky to stay alone in my dorm room.

GGastnutzerWe arrived during check in time to find the office unattended and another traveller trying to contact them by phone.
After a 15 minute wait someone came to the office. They checked us in but when we went to the room and opened the door there was a very surprised man in there who had also been given this room.
Another phone call and wait time for staff to return and sort out another room. We finally got there but after a long drive and both wanting to use the bathroom we found there was no toilet paper in the room.. that took another 2 phone calls and about 15 minutes to sort out.
I booked this accommodation because it has a swimming pool. I went to use the pool to find it was locked and after another call was told that they think the filter is broken. Nothing on their information said the pool was not available and it appears it has been that way for a while.
We loved the location and I'd probably stay there again.. I'll just be prepared for the lack of quality service. We didn't let it spoil our stay..
