The attention detail was wonderful. They took great care of us. Drove us to and from skiing and other locations. Wonderful staff. Gorgeous room and main building.

The staff are the best. Thank you for taking care of us. This is a place I will definitely want to come back to. The food is so tasty as well. Room is near and the shower is hot!

Excellent service and location. Special thank you for Mickey and all the staff for all their help. Restaurant recommendations were perfect, car service to and from slopes quick and efficient. Would come back and stay with pleasure

設施：設備相對比較老舊，但是都維護的不錯； 衞生：還算可以，不過有潔癖，用酒精擦了一陣也是不乏有些犄角旮旯還是比較黑的； 環境：應該説是不錯的，處於森林之中。屬於比較偏的位置，但是環境很好。但出去出了打車或者酒店巴士基本沒戲，走到八方温泉差不多30分鐘。 服務：應該算是相當好的，但酒店的車不知道為什麼有時候可以免費接送，有時間就需要我自己打車出行，沒有提供規則。整體服務不錯的。早餐單調了些，但搭配比較健康。晚餐屬於不錯的法餐，雖然沒有到米其林水準，但就論服務和環境，對得起價格。

在這家酒店住宿讓我感受到了家的温馨，床鋪舒適，用品貼心，服務細緻入微，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之處。，

房間看上去比較有格調，但是衞生間既小又臭……套房的設計也比較奇怪，卧室不要脱鞋，客廳反而要脱鞋……服務確實不錯，去滑雪場隨時接送！餐廳是法式的，可以輕食，餐飲還不錯！

酒店建成年代比較老，所以設施和新的酒店沒法比，但是衞生情況還可以，服務也是滿分，整體入住體驗還是很好的。

As a family we love our 3 days at this property the staff were brilliant, we did not stay in the main wing but across the road! rooms were spacious, clean, breakfast were delicious and access to the ski field just a stroll up the road! what a winter wonderland and to ski xmas day was just brilliant - happy family from Dunedin, New Zealand

We loved this hotel. The staff are awesome - picked us up/dropped us off at the Station, took us to two mountain lifts. Even helped us find a chemist as my husband was unwell on the train from Tokyo. A shout out to the new Vietnamese lady on Reception for her amazing patience and endless help. We only stayed for one night but I wished it was longer. The hotel is snug in a forest of pine trees, with fresh mountain air, the tinkle of birds and insects constant. There are pots of flowers everywhere and charming spots to sit and admire the beauty of nature. Inside, the hotel is a throw back to the days of piano, silver service and large sofas. The rooms, though, in contrast are slightly more modern and individually different. Beds divine, toilets snazzy as per all of Japan, and balcony views of the forest beautiful. Complimented by the super helpful staff... we hope to return in different seasons.

We stayed at this hotel in early March for 5 nights and I have to say it was of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived we were treated very well by staff that actually seem to enjoy helping guests. Nothing was too hard for them to help you with. Transport was available to the nearby snowfields or restaurants at any time requested which was a great convenience as it was sometimes hard to walk in the slippery snow. The room was clean and well appointed. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who wants great customer service and a very welcoming place to stay.

This was a lovely traditional hotel, well located for skiing. We were transferred and collected to the slopes every day which were only about 10 mins away. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. They would have our ski boots ready for us when we left the hotel and would book our taxis and recommend restaurants for the evening meals. The room was spacious with a living room as well as a bedroom. We had a nice view of snowy trees.

3年ぶり、6度目の利用です。 今回はアップグレードしていただいて、ジュニアスイート Aタイプでお世話になりました。 部屋のタイプがたくさんあって泊まるたびに新鮮です。 料理はスペシャルディナーを選択しました。 不思議な食感のイシナギ(白身魚)や、シカ肉などとても美味しかったです。 翌日は小雨でしたが栂池自然園に終わりかけの水芭蕉を見に伺いました。
