Um 12 Uhr mitten in der Nacht, ich weiß nicht, in welchem Zimmer das Mädchen ist, lacht und lacht die ganze Zeit, sehr laut. kann nicht schlafen! Das Hotel rät nicht davon ab, was sich auf den Rest auswirken wird!

The hotel is located at the hill of mountain. The hill is very steep. If you travel with luggage it will be very stressful. The dinner at hotel is expensive. There is a small restaurant nearby, walking time 2 minutes, have affordable food.

Overpriced. The food was not wonderful and not Japanese style. Far better food in Tokyo. I would not come to Hakone for this Ryokan. The fridge was extremely noisy and both the tatamis had blood stains on the sheets and on the actual tatami mattress that you have to setup yourself. Free parking. Disgusting. Chinese tourists also ruining this ryokab leaving wet used underwear in the showers.

Private onsen is nice but the room is relatively small and facilities are limited for this price. Dinner is good and staff is friendly.

This was our second time booking with this hotel. It is one of the most luxurious places we've stayed. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the toiletries available in the room are great quality, the buffet breakfast is tasty and varied. The private bath on the balcony was really nice after a long, cold day (although it was a little too hot for me to stay in as long as I wanted, wish we could adjust adding in a bit of cold water). If we're ever in the mood to relax again in Hakone, we'll look at booking here first!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The rooms were very comfortable and large. Overall this place is simply comfortable.

Location is not too near to train station while you can reserve hotel shuttle to pick up

Location was super hard to get to. Communication was tough with tough. Room was also poorly maintained. Overlooked my booking and got charged 50% of the room fee when i checked out at 1.30 pm and was hurried out at 2pm. Also got charged a bath tax from the previous night onsen. Will not recommend.

The room is big for 3 people. The private onsen is cool

We stayed at the new wing, there has few step of stairs and I had to carry all my heavy suitcase up. Restaurants are at the main building. There has no restaurant at the new wing.

Very impressive pkace to enjoy the onsen and nexcellent cosy enviroment

Room was spacious and clean. onsen was wonderful.

Love our families experience there. We booked an open air private bath western room. We got some real good rest and hot spring water. Recommended
