Ich denke, der Service war ziemlich gut. Das Morgenessen war köstlich. Schade, dass ich nicht zu Abend essen konnte. Das Zimmer war so staubig, dass es mir in den Augen weh tat und ich niesen musste. Da ich nicht zu Abend gegessen hatte, ging ich in ein Restaurant, das mir der Rezeptionist empfohlen hatte.

20 min uphill hike from Gora station. Or you can take cable train up hill for two stations and walk on flatland for about 8 minutes to hotel. Hotel has shuttle bus. They dropped us off on the way back. You can possibly call to pick you up at Gora station. Trip.com reservation options show you prices for one adult. It's very hard to book for 3 people to stay in one room to save money. I sent a custom request to the hotel exactly this - 3 people in one room. Trip.com charged me $270 and when I got to the hotel, they said I have to pay $300+ more for 2 more people. That was not clearly communicated to me by either Trip.com or hotel. There's a language and cultural barrier. In Japan, you pay per person - not by rooms. They scan your all passports of everyone staying - not just the person who books. With last minute notice, I had no choice but to pay more as other hotels nearby are filled up and we were very tired from 4 hours train transfers dragging our bags plus 8 minutes walk to the hotel. All in all, if trip.com room selections are not a perfect fit, I can't recommend booking this hotel. Custom messages are not recognized. Communication is lacking. You will get charged last minute without any alternatives left. For $570 a night, we could have a way better hotel in Hakone. The breakfast also wasn't memorable and you have to reserve it ahead of time. I would not come back.

Clean and nice. I’m not a fan of that design, the Onsen is good. Beautiful view.

Hotel room was spacious. Compound was a bit old but overall clean. Onsen was small but still nice to use, with a sauna. Location was okay as long as there is transport, having the shuttle is a nice touch.

Near from Gora station, having pick-up-car, friendly staffs. Good hot springs and sauna, i will be there next visiting.

An overall very pleasant experience. I stayed there one weekend for two nights and another for three nights. + The hot spring bath is very cozy with a nice nature view. The Sauna was great. + I wasn't satisfied with one room and could change to another room with large balcony without questioning. + The view from the hotel is wonderful, especially during nice weather. + Great value for money. - Dining in the hotel is only possible with reservation, arriving spontaneously for dinner is not possible. - The bar was closed. But the Gora Brewery is only a 10-minute foot walk away.

住了東京的房間感覺，到了箱根感覺房間超級大，雖然酒店已有些年份，但服務超級好，強羅站接送服務正常是9：00—18：00，我們早上8：30寄存行李時服務人員主動提出送站，太貼心了，晚上有免費的小食，雞尾酒，飲料等，玩了一天泡泡天然温泉去除了一天的疲勞，就是周邊吃的地方不多，畢竟是山裡。

馬羅德箱根酒店係一間物超所值的酒店，可以滿足一班朋友入住需求。溫泉浸得舒服，房間同相片一樣乾淨企理，係日本難得有這麼大的房間。所有職員都有禮和幫忙，提供的早餐亦非常滿意。此外，安排既酒店接送服務，都很不錯！

酒店有點老式，但房間很大，沒有異味。開窗能看到外面的院子。早餐是套餐，有服務員給客人上餐。有室內和室外的温泉。總體來説住宿體驗很好。我們從箱根湯本把行李寄送到酒店，然後去玩，晚上回酒店行李已經放到房間了。到酒店最好坐箱根登山纜車在公園上站下車，步行幾分鐘就到了。如果在強羅站走上來的話要走好陡一段上坡路。

距離箱根美術館10分鐘路程，價格偏高，但空間足夠，有溫泉可以使用，飯店看起來有年代感，人流量似乎不多。

外觀是古樸的歐式莊園風格，內在應該是近幾年翻新過。鑰匙是傳統鑰匙，帶一個有機玻璃長條狀房間牌，很有感覺。 有天然温泉私湯，可在山坡上觀景泡湯。泡湯換衣休息區有按摩椅、電視等可供泡完休憩散熱後再回房間，服務非常貼心。 早餐是西式定食，精緻，作為早餐來講也能吃飽。餐廳面向山坡，景色無敵。 我們到的很晚，前台也能態度很好的對應。 白天前台對應的也很好，有求必應，行李可以寄存。 床鋪、榻榻米都很好，被子是鴨絨被，晚上睡得很舒服。 缺點是離開《強羅》要爬一段坡，晚上18點錢有車接送，晚了衹能爬。到《公園上》走路比較近，也沒那麼大坡，不過到《強羅》的登山線22點還有車，到《公園上》的牽引鐵路18點好像也沒車了。去晚了衹有爬或者打車。我們開房晚了，衹有退房後享受到了送到強羅的服務。
