Location is the best! Right next to JR station made it super convenient to go from one end of the city to the other end, easy access to central bus and tram system, morning market a mere 5 walking minutes! Hotel staff and service are spectacular, their onsite onsen is clean and can be used anytime, pillows and bed are the most comfortable. The best thing is their coin-operated washer and dryer all in one, so convenient! Room is nice for a solo person. My only thing is about the floor carpet, which seems to need some cleaning, other than that it’s perfect!

The hotel is just next to the station. We arrived by train on a windy and rainy day and were thankful that it’s just a short walk to the hotel. The room is spacious and the onsen is nice. The carpet is stained but we understand it’s common for hotel after some years. The hotel staff were helpful when we enquire about directions and asked to borrow umbrellas too. Though it rained on both days that we were in Hakodate, we still enjoyed ourselves using the city tram, which station is about 3mins walk across the Jr station. The market is also just less about 3mins walk away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with the hotel and will stay here again if ever return and will recommend to friends.

Love the space in the family room and there was a good washing machine and dryer in the rooms. Breakfast was make your own sushi bowl with Ikura , salmon, tuna and octopus

Room is small cause difficult to open 2 medium luggages at the same time. Love the public bath area, large & beautiful. Buffet breakfast is great with lot of choice. Location is beside the main station, very convenience.

Excellent location right next to Hokkaido station and convenience store, restaurants and seafood market.

Stayed here for 3 nights. It was comfortable and clean. The onsen bath was great but crowded during peak hours. The facial products are Kose which is great, hair dryer can be improved though. Location is convenient and walkable being just beside the JR station.

Booked the accommodation as I read reviews that it has a sea view however was allocated a room without a view. Parking is next to the hotel. Good breakfast

Hotel is really next to Hakodate station only a few walk. I stayed 2 nights and they clean room every 3 nights so I just got only towel exchange. Amenities can be picked up freely at 1st floor. The breakfast is good and the onsen is good too. Room is 16sqm and not narrow, wide enough for 1 pax with 30 inch lagguage.

Love the fact that it’s just right next to the Hakodate station! The room is clean and tranquil, the plus we chose this hotel is because it has a public hot spring!

This marks my second stay at this hotel, primarily due to its advantageous location and spacious accommodations, which comfortably suit a party of four.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, and the location was convenient for getting around. This was already my third stay here, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Good location Got a room with three beds but booked for two people

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed at! Located just by hakodate station, making it convenient for me to utilise the train and the tram to go to various places! The onsen is also one of the highlights! Will be back again!

Love the buffet food and onsen. Staffs are friendly too.
