The air conditioner needs to be cleaned, or the smell of the air will be disgusting. Your system turn off the AC especially during late night, it makes the smell bad. Please improve so that we can come back again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel looks even better than the photos and is so beautifully decorated! Waking up the sounds of the waves splashing up against the sand was a dream. The outdoor areas are well-maintained as well - the whole place feels like a tropical resort! All members of staff were friendly and attentive.

excelente hotel, solo que queda lejos de las zonas turisticas, pero es ideal para descansar, disfrutar de sus instalaciones y quedarse buen tiempo ahi.. no pude disfrutar totalmente del restorant ya que estaba cerrado pero las demas instalaciones me parecieron excelentes

Kept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

Unten befindet sich ein Starbucks, weshalb ich in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe. Die Rezeption ist nett.

We were really happy with the hotel, the room and the service! The room has a huge bed, good bathroom. Cleaning service was good. Towels for the beach are provided. The breakfast was good and had a big enough variety (pancakes, bacon, egg, fried noodles and rice, pho, fruits and juices, …) The extra services were also really helpful. We did laundry service (40k per Kilo), booked a scooter (100k per day), booked a day boat cruise for the bay and our bus back to Hanoi directly at the reception without any trouble. The reception manager had good enough English and was really helpful. He gave us a cold drink when we arrived and gave us a short intro into the surroundings. We also got extra water and juice when we once waited in the lobby. Thanks! Also the rest of the staf was friendly and helpful. The also tried the best to support us: when we were not super happy with the boat tour (did not fully match the description) he dealt with the company and gave us a good discount. Also when we had the scooter only for a few hours, he gave us 50% off.

20 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Haiphong, 10 Gehminuten vom nächsten Supermarkt und 5 Gehminuten vom nächsten Supermarkt entfernt. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, aber da sie direkt neben den Marines liegt, hört man in regelmäßigen Abständen das Signalhorn. Trotz des niedrigen Preises waren Annehmlichkeiten wie eine Zahnbürste und Leihhandtücher im Lieferumfang enthalten.
