Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Unser Flug hatte zwei Stunden Verspätung und es war fast Mitternacht, als wir hier ankamen. Die Dame war sehr geduldig beim Einchecken. Das Zimmer ist nicht zu groß, aber sauber und hygienisch, der Service ist aufmerksam, es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Nordtors der Haida-Universität und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist bequem. Auf der Leinwand im Zimmer können Sie Filme anschauen.

This place is great. Very clean and everything is new and hi-tech. A robot brings your orders to you right to your room door. Smart toilet seat (warmed-up at all times). Motion detector-activated night lights. Smart mirror. I twisted an ankle playing polo on the 2nd day of my Haikou stay. And, instead of having a nice tropical vacation, had to spend almost 3 weeks in bed in my hotel room, barely able to walk. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me cope with the injury. They were giving me Hainan specialty foods, like coconut candy and coconut chips for free. Special thanks to 1) the Front Desk staff. All of them. 2) the 7th Floor cleaning ladies. They cleaned my room daily, while I actually had to sit in the room, as I had a hard time walking. They showed simpathy and understanding and were wishing me speedy recovery every day. On the check-out day I had an early morning flight to catch, so I checked out at 4am. The front desk girl gave me for free a pack of milk, a packed cookie and a pack of nuts so I could have a quick breakfast. I didn't even ask for that, so thanks. My best wishes and thanks to this hotel, its staff and management!

Ich werde nicht mehr das buchen. Der Service ist gut, aber die Qualität der Wohnung ist nicht besonders gut, es ist zu stolz für mich.

Erlebnis ist super, muss Anley sein! Die Lage ist super hervorragend, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, viele Attraktionen und die Reise ist bequem. Die Rezeption ist schnell und der Service ist enthusiastisch und empfehlen Sie auch intim, zu spielen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Betten sind komfortabel, die Einrichtungen sind komplett und intelligent, die Details sind voll. Das Hotel Frühstück ist reichhaltig und chinesisch-westlich. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere. One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. After Sanya, I headed to Haikou and stayed at the InterContinental Haikou Seaview. The hotel is located along the scenic Binhai Road, offering stunning views of the Qiongzhou Strait. The location was perfect, with easy access to a park connector and a mall. I loved taking evening strolls here; it was so peaceful and windy, which I enjoyed. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were professional and attentive. My room was spacious and modern, with a large window offering panoramic sea views. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the toilet made getting ready and unwinding for the day luxurious! Yes, they have a bidet in the bathroom. The only downside was the weak air conditioner, so we slept with the balcony open. I also wished they provided bath salts or bath bombs to enhance the bathtub experience. Overall, this was my favorite hotel in Haikou. It’s slightly away from the main attractions, but it’s perfect for relaxation, eating, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!
