Check in by Jacky (hopefully name is correct), was smooth and he was attentive offering us to book restaurant for our dinner. That's was a nice warm welcome. The breakfast was great many options from western to Chinese served in buffet and open kitchen. The service from the restaurant staff can be better, however its enough for some one like us that not looking to have top top service. The staff are working very hard from kitchen, restaurant service, housekeeping and i believed the back of the house that trying very hard to keep the maintenance and cleanliness. Please have some signage or reminder to the guest do not waste the foods at restaurants. I truly understand is hard to communicate to our guest do not waste the foods. Many of the guest waste the foods at breakfast and dinner buffet restaurants.
Once again thank you for the management and th team of Hualux Hotel! keep it up and all the best..
PS: I'm training my son to appreciate house keeping attendance by swift the linen and shared some good gesture.
