Lavande Hotel (Haifeng Phoenix New City)

I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. 很不錯的一個酒店，房間裏面有音樂調控，可以一邊洗澡一邊聽英文歌！所有的工作人員每天都保持微笑對客！行李太多，前台服務員在我進門前就出來幫我拿行李了，每次到前台都會有熱茶特別給力！周圍交通非常便利，房間乾淨整潔，床很軟很舒服，酒店外賣有機器人送餐。早餐不錯，種類豐富。有免費停車場很方便。出門200米左右就有一條步行街，吃的買的都有，非常方便，總體來説環境不錯！
