Neues Hotel, ok Inneneinrichtung! … Frühstück ok! Angemessener Preis! Wenn es einen Pagen gäbe, wäre es viel besser! Das Personal an der Rezeption sollte die Buchungsinformationen des Gastes überprüfen, um dem Gast den Check-in zu erleichtern!

We arrived early and the staff were great in supporting us. Comfortable room with great view. Nice buffet breakfast and staff were brilliant. Really can’t complain about anything and it was a great location for what we wanted to do which was to explore the ha Giang area

本來是訂另一家酒店，但平台通知我滿房了，然後幫我改訂這家，雖然離市中心還有點距離，不過環境還是很好的。

🙂: 房間整潔，床鋪舒適，我的房間有小露台，環境尚可 😕: 花灑🚿水壓小，難以想像是四星酒店的花灑。我自費吃晚餐buffet (很便宜，225.000越南盾)，和翌日早上的早餐 buffet 差不多，有些食物不太新鮮。 總括來說，這個價錢(一晚約1.200.000越南盾)不太符合這個質素🙁

設施：齊全，乾淨整潔 環境：交通方便

Room was pleasant enough and bed comfortable. Only stayed 1 night so really didn’t see any staff. Not sure how near to town hotel was. Lots of choice for breakfast and breakfast was good. Great value for money and start to exploring the loop. No issues during stay.

I liked the Phoenix hotel. It is not a mega hotel as you would find in a capital; city but it is a proper Vietnam travel experience. The good - friendly staff who are only reserved because we don't speak Vietnamese and they don't speak English but the chap at reception does have reasonable English. The bed was huge, view over the river, clean and nice bathroom with shower. Aircon is very good. The breakfast is massive with a choice of Pho which is made fresh in an open kitchen or rice rolls - ban cuon were both good. Large selection of fruits an d other things and also some rolls margarine and marmalade if you are not going Vietnamese. We ate out in various noodle bars for other meals which were delicious. There is a pool in the basement of the B block which is huge and then goes outside, as you look at reception turn left (it was shut as they were renewing the terrace). There is a gym (small no Aircon) on 3rd floor of B block) As I say - fond of this place

This is a decent hotel with lovely views. Rooms are reasonably comfortable and the beds not too hard. The breakfast room is set up for large groups with mostly huge tables. They have room service. It is outside of town, so not as convenient for eating out in the evening.

Lovely hotel next to the river so Lovely views from restaurant. Rooms are clean and comfortable with very modern bathrooms. Food was good though not much fruit at the buffet breakfast. A short cab ride or long walk, around 1.8 km o to town centre.

It is a better modern hotel in Ha Giang mountainous city. 2km milestone to downtown is before the hotel. The picture in google map looks nice. The hotel overlook Lo river. The long distance bus station is near the hotel in walking distance. The motorbike rental stores can be found in walking distance. In the city there are only two 4* hotel. it has more elevators and the staff use a separate one. It is also a Day 0 hotel before/after your Ha Giang Road trip. Another 4* hotel located in the downtown. For the breakfast, it follows the international standard. It is still like the government hotel. The hotel has some atmosphere/smell at the lobby. The garage is big for cars and motorcycles parking. The elevators can reach from the garage to guest floors. It is good to book with the Booking/Agoda. At Ha Giang, there are not many choice for big hotels. Many westerns went to the road trip and stay at the hostels. Some tour group will stay in the 4* hotels.
