Gestern Abend hatten meine Familie und ich das Essen im LUNA, im Lobby Restaurant, und es war eine unvergessliche Erfahrung! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, machten die Gastgeber uns begrüßen, die reiche Geschichte von Luna teilen, als sie uns zu unserem Tisch geführten, denkbaren Ton für den Abend. Unser Server, Amanda, war außergewöhnlich, empfahl eine der feinsten Flaschen roter Weine, die ich je hatte. Das Essen war absolut lecker, und wir liebten die Familien-Stil-Dienste, die das Essen noch angenehmer machten. Ein besonderes Augenmerk war, als GM Paul persönlich aufhörte, uns zu prüfen und sicherzustellen, dass alles perfekt war. Es war der Geburtstag meines Bruders, und sie gingen oben und darüber, uns mit ein paar Desserts, darunter einer mit einer Kerze. Große Vibes, fantastisches Essen, superber Wein und Top-notch Service. Wir werden sicher zurück sein. Danke für die Erinnerung an den Abend!

Das ist unser Platz für unsere jährliche Aufenthalt im Sommer. Es ist ein wunderbarer Resort. Sie haben wunderbare Pools. Sie haben auch einen ”Erwachsenen-Nur” Pool, wenn Sie sich von den Kindern entspannen wollen. Zu unserem wunderbaren Erlebnis hinzufügen war der Vogelman aus der Freiheit Wildlife. Am 4. Juli hatte er Aurora, eine riesige schöne weibliche Bald Eagle. Sie können ein Bild mit Aurora nehmen und als sie hinter Ihnen aufgehoben wird sie ihre wunderschönen Flügel verbreitet! Sonst könnte er einen Hawk oder einen Owl haben. Die Live-Band in der PM war auch lustig! Das Bild, das ich hier von der Vogelmann veröffentlicht habe, ist von Google. Der Eagle, mit dem er ist, ist schön, aber nicht Aurora. 💜

The Scott is beautifully designed with a chic, tropical vibe that makes for the perfect getaway. It was an ideal spot for a relaxing girls’ weekend! A highlight of our stay was the amazing spa experience. I had the best facial and the spa itself was beautiful. The resort was also an easy walk to Old Town Scottsdale and nearby shopping. We walked into town and adventurously took a Waygo home - a very futuristic driverless car experience! While the food was delicious, the service at the restaurant and Cabana Club could use some improvement. We found ourselves waiting quite a long time for our orders. The Club may have been short staffed as we had to put in our own drink orders at the bar as servers didn’t come around, and glasses were left unattended around the fire pit area, which detracted a bit from the ambiance. All in all, though, the inspiring design, relaxing atmosphere, and incredible spa made it a wonderful stay.

Ich liebte alles über dieses Hotel! Es war sauber, gut gepflegt und sicher. (Sicherheit ist groß für mich, allein zu reisen). Ich sah den Sonnenaufgang an einem Ende und setzte jeden Tag über die Bergstrecken an den anderen. Ich LOWEN die Erwachsenen nur Hottub. Die Zimmer waren unglaublich geräumig mit vielen Fenstern. Das Front Desk Personal war all so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tim von der Wartung war so freundlich beim Passieren. Ich genoß das Unternehmen im Heizungstuhl und Feuerhütte. Ich liebe den vernünftig preiswerten kleinen Laden auf dem Grundstück. Die anderen Gäste waren sehr angenehm. Ich werde sicher zurück sein.

Nice modern, quiet property. We moved here after a bad experience in the Old Town area of Scottsdale and although a ways away from the shopping and dining areas of central Scottsdale, it offers a quiet, comfortable stay. Only downside during this stay is almost every food item wasn’t available - apparently they are changing the menu. Not really acceptable because there are no other restaurants nearby without driving. We wanted a light dinner without leaving the hotel. Plenty of on street parking if you don’t want to pay for parking.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber mit allem, was Sie brauchen, und der Poolbereich wurde auch gut gepflegt und war nie zu besetzt und hatte eine angenehme Hintergrundmusik. Danke Breanna, der Manager für ihre Unterstützung mit einigen kleinen Fragen, die wir zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts hatten. Das Hotelrestaurant The Desert Pony war hervorragend, wir hatten dort jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück. Alles Team ist großartig! Besonders danke unserem Server’s Naja & Alan, der uns so gut beobachtet hat!

GGuest UserAusgezeichnetes Hotel. Es gab ein Problem mit der Schlüsselmaschine, so dass sie unsere Schlüssel nicht machen konnten. Jedoch kam das Personal für uns jedes Mal mit einem Lächeln die Tür zu öffnen. Obwohl die Check-out-Zeit 11am ist, erlaubte uns das Personal bis 12:30pm zu bleiben.
Obwohl es kein Resort ist, hat es eine Atmosphäre eines Resorts (ohne Resortgebühren!!)

This place is amazing! Service staff were so wonderful and everything is perfectly done. Highly recommend staying in the gold rooms. The included breakfast and non alcoholic drinks all day was great. They put out a huge spread for appetizer hours from 4 to 6 and have dessert display afterwards. You can take back anything to your room. We used the espresso machine to make lattes all day. It’s well worth it especially the included spa access. We only had a spa service one day but spent time in the spa everyday as a gold member. Consider booking through Costco travel. We got a great deal and had a $50 dining and drink credit daily, waived resort fee.

AAilinI am used to great hospitality, I am from Malaysia, but staff from Comfort Inn exceeded our expectation. They went above and beyond regular service when they had to evacuate our things while we're still conferencing. The care and mindfulness of their housekeeping staff was truly commendable. Thank you most sincerely.

GGuest UserIf you want to be degraded,discriminated and practically kicked out of your room for having a service animal, stay here..Holiday Inn, and the GH Keton(which of whom i have been trying to get a hold of him all week, with NO luck) should be ashamed how they let Wayne(the front office manager) speak and treat guests. Im sure I wasnt the first and wont be the last, as long as they keep allowing him. Checked in December 10th around 10:30pm, I told clerk that I had a service animal and he said ”OK No Problem”.. We decided to go get dinner before going into the room, came back around 11:15 and when I was walking into the hotel Wayne stops me with a pinch of attitude and a unmannerly tone and says ”Can I help you?Oh wait, is that a service animal?” I said ”Yes” then he proceeds to ask ”hold on right here, i need to check in my system if there is note of that” (after a lot of typing) he proceeds to tell me ”there is nothing in the system, but why is your dog a service animal?” I said ”I suffer from severe anxiety, I do have a his paperwork” he then bitingly asks me ”what does he do for you, that you so need a service animal?” I said, I provided paperwork to the clerk when checking in, I also called the hotel prior to completing the reservation asking them if they took Service animals, and they said Yes”. He said ”we legally cannot see any paperwork provided, and I have been trained to handle these type of situations but it comes out to, YOU can stay here but not the DOG, seems what you have is a PET not a Service Animal”(like if he knew or if he was a doctor). After Wayne proudly waived at me his very used and revised ADA papers over and over again, He said my Dog couldn't stay with me and he said he wouldn't allow me back in, I proceeded to tell him that I wasn't going to be paying for a room HE wasn't allowing me to stay in, he said I was still going to be responsible for the room I never even stepped a foot in. I am an IHG member, and this experience was nothing but discusting, humiliating and discriminating. Mind you it was 50° and it was 11:15PM, I had to find another hotel room! Other guests did try to intervine and told Wayne what he was doing was against the law, asking me all those specifics, he proudly once again flagged his revised ADA papers and argued with other guests as well. Wayne lacked empathy and it seems he lost his costumer service skill and has been allowed to treat others with disrespect..

996163Once you finally can find the building, the ‘condo’ is modern & clean with outstanding amenities (although for a $20/day fee) Good: Condo is well supplied for short visits: - TV with Netflix etc & sound system. - Washer & Dryer. - Rooftop lounge and sitting area, nice gym - Beautiful swimming area with bbq's. - Clean modern condo with big patio Not so Good; - no patio chairs - no pool towels - not sound proof - smell of **** in hallways and comes in through your windows. - parking costs $25/night - get ready to walk miles to find your unit. Massive building with / elevator areas and a fire escape that we used to go to rooftop and pool floors. Bad: - Impossible to find. Apple Maps takes you elsewhere (other side of Mercedes dealership but condo on next road). Google gets your there to the back but you have no idea where you are. The problem is the building is in a horseshoe and the back faces the main road w/o any signage or addresses. Brutal! If you arrive after hours - you would be out of luck. - Pool area is beautiful but has glass doors that you can easily walk through. A kid running would break their neck. -Only 2 elevators and one fire escape that we used to access rooftop (5th) and pool and social/games area (2nd) -This is not Old Town Scottsdale. be prepared to walk 15 minutes.

HORRIBLE PLACE, even worse staff. Working in a hotel should be for people who are friendly and kind, that extends to the people they work with. I stayed here, and while I was walking one evening outside my room I noticed a housekeeping worker sitting alone past midnight on a small little golf cart. She was distressed and almost crying, when I asked what was wrong she said she had left her car key locked in the workers office and the staff and security guard refused to help her, she had no money for an Uber no family to come get her. She said she’s a mother has small kids, and all I could think of is what kind of establishment treats people like that? Or is it just housekeeping workers get treated that way? The front desk staff was rude and condescending, like you’re bothering them by asking them questions. They think being a front desk receptionist means they get to be rude to everyone else and pretentious. If this is the way this establishment treats its workers then it’s a very good reflection of how they run it and I will not ever be staying here again, I will not recommend it and I hope they get some kind of lawsuit for treating their workers like scum.

Der einzige Nachteil war (es sei denn, ich habe es verpasst und überall gesucht) Ich konnte keine Badezimmer in der Nähe des Poolbereichs finden? Dafür musste ich mehrmals in mein Zimmer zurück. Vielleicht habe ich sie irgendwie übersehen? Ansonsten habe ich den Poolbereich und mein Hotelzimmer sehr genossen!

IinbdouglassWe had medical emergency and husband had to be transferred from a hospital to one near here. Yosex answered my many calls and was so patient with me, answering all my quetions. Yosev we ABOVE and BEYOND to make our transition go smoothly. Got us checked right in immediately. He also was so caring and concerned for our situation. The area is so safe,well lit arriving at night. All staff friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and extremely CLEAN and comfortable.
