Both the front desk people, and the people who serve breakfast, were nice and polite. They greeted me gently. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel premises were well-maintained. Since the breakfast was usually included in the booking, please do not have high expectation.

We were at San Jose's Great Mall to shop so the location was super convenient and accessible. One side of the Marriott did face the main road, but we were able to change the rooms easily to the quieter side. My kids really enjoyed the newly renovated Marriott.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist extrem niedrig und macht Duschen länger dauern. Der Manager ist stinkend. Ich habe für 2 Gäste mit Frühstück bezahlt, aber weil sie nur 1 Gäste sah, wollte sie nicht 2 Frühstücksgutscheine für jeden Tag geben. Auch war es eine Mischung, wann mein Zimmer aufgebaut werden konnte. Ich wurde gesagt, dass mein Zimmer nicht nach 2:30 Uhr aufgebaut werden konnte. Ich sah es nie irgendwo schriftlich.

This is a great place, very close to Silicon Valley. It only takes me five minutes to reach the company, and there are excellent Chinese supermarkets and a Walmart nearby. If you want to visit other American-style stores, they are just a 10-minute drive away. The front desk staff provides excellent and friendly service, and the breakfast is delicious. I’ll miss the food here. The only improvement needed might be the laundry service, as there is only one washing machine available, which is quite inconvenient.

Für das Drei-Sterne-Hotel mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen ist die werktägliche Unterbringung im Silicon Valley zu teuer und die Anforderungen dürfen nicht zu hoch sein. Das Frühstück ist ok, besser als inländische Samsung. Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas alt, aber groß, und die Schalldämmung ist nicht sehr gut. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und jemand kann 24 Stunden am Tag heißes Wasser machen.
