Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, das Zimmer ist sehr gut konzipiert und der Aufenthalt ist sehr komfortabel, das Frühstück ist einfach.

Toilet paper holders should be on the wall slightly in front of the toilet. Not to the side partially behind you making it difficult to get to. Poor design. Breakfast was average at best. Poor selection of pastries. Pancake machines are extremely slow backing up the line with people waiting to use them. The pancakes taste good. The scrambled eggs were okay. Better to have folded eggs like an empty omelet which would make them easier to eat. Not having coffee and a microwave in the room is a bust. Really inconvenient. Having to come down into the lobby to get coffee or hot water after you are settled in is a no go for sure. Employees were pleasant and polite but not always available for one reason or th3e other. Small inconvenience. Having only one chair in the room was an inconvenience.

Consistency of Aloft hotel has always put me at ease. Service, room, cleanliness and bed is comfortable. Parking is complimentary - just needed to inform the front desk. EV charging is available on-site as well (additional payment required, i believe). It has a working table that enable me to work on the road so I stayed longer.

The Hotel and staff was awesome. The room is spacious. The problem I had was the room door had space at the bottom and this allows intruders or those with wrong mindsets accessibility for someone to attempt to get into a room easily. This needs to be corrected.

I stayed here before but this time my room Smelled like sweat. I could hear everything happening outside and tvs was loud in next door room. Walls have no soundproof. A/c was making a lot of noise. Breakfast was good and server was great! Front desk people were nice specifically kat. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

Glücklich mit dem Aufenthalt. Hotel ist sauber, sowohl gemeinsame Bereiche als auch Zimmer. Check-in im Personal war großartig. Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse günstig. Sehr gutes Frühstück/Mittagessen Restaurant nur Minuten entfernt (Starwood Cafe). Das Hotel verfügt über eine kleine Bar und Restaurant, aber wir haben sie nicht verwendet. Beide sahen sauber und gut gepflegt. Andere Gäste genossen sie offensichtlich. Nur Beschwerde, das Zimmer HVAC hält das Fahrrad und der Fan war ein wenig laut. Ich bin ein leichter Schlafer, so dass es wahrscheinlich mich mehr so beeinflusst als die Durchschnittsperson.

The hotel was good beds are very comfortable and the pillows, breakfast was good I would recommend staying at this hotel again 

Großer Aufenthalt. Sehr schön und sauber und hat einen neuen Blick darauf. Der Lounge-/Barbereich ist sehr schön dekoriert. Sehr gemütlich. Wir werden wieder bleiben. Zimmer ist sauber. Wir blieben in der Suite mit einem Sofa. Haben kostenlose Soda und Wasser im Kühlschrank zu verwenden. Und eine Kreig Maschine.

Ich habe die Einrichtungen und die Lage zu Zweck gewählt, obwohl der Pool wegen der Inspektion nicht vollständig geschlossen wurde. Das Frühstück war gut, aber etwas kalt. Service am Desk war hervorragend - Mitarbeiterfreundlich und ging aus ihrem Weg, hilfreich zu sein. Das Hausbetreuungspersonal war nicht gründlich - gefunden schmutzig Unterwäsche hinter dem Desk und unter der Sofa und es gab einen sehr starken Mildew-Luft im Badezimmer. Hall war nicht leer und als wir um ein gereinigtes Zimmer baten, war es nicht sehr gut. Ich nehme an, sie waren wie alle anderen kurzbesetzt, aber sie sollten sich mit dem Mildew befassen, das nicht gesund ist. Ich liebe die Tatsache, dass es eine volle Küche gab und wir konnten auf der ersten Etage sein.
