Прекрасный отель с очень хорошим видом на Массури. Тихо и спокойно. Вкусные завтраки. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Мне всё понравилось. В отеле есть спа, тренажёрка, развлекаловка для детей и бассейн. Вернусь сюда еще раз. Отель 10 из 10!!!

Von der Ankunft an war es wie ein warmer Schlag. Das Personal war fabulös. So aufmerksam. Extra große Schreie an die Salon Crew für die beste (Meiner Meinung nach) Kopfmassage. Das Essen war ok. Ich habe eine bariäre Diät, so konnte ich nicht viel teilnehmen.

Amazing property with amazing staff, food is just wow, rooms are spacious with cossy beds and mountain View... Breakfast🍳☕🍞 is okay 👌 all overall worth it

I paid for royal room (breakfast and taxes inclusive. For this much money (though this is after discount price) hotel lacks the basic amenities like there was no moisturiser and hair dryer in the room. We had to ask for the dental kit too. Mind it hair dryer is only available in the suite room. Upon request iron was provided but that too without the iron board. Talking about breakfast, do not expect buffet. Only few items are served and basic breakfast item like juices are also not available. When it comes to beverages, only tea and coffee are available in breakfast menu. In room dining menu, the options are immense but again there are no basic options like burger. Though the pizza was good but again chocolate shake was such a disappointment. There are much better options of the hotel available in the same locality.

Good service, food, staff is well mannered quick service, room and bathroom are very cleaned. Good mountain view from balcony
