Es war eine erinnereliche Zeit für uns, aus den USA als Familie von vier mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 7 und 11 zu reisen. Erstes beeindruckendes war, dass alles in den All-inclusive-Preis aufgenommen wurde. Es gab keine versteckten Gebühren oder zusätzliche Gebühren für Dinge wie Ala-Carte-Reservierungen. Es gab viele Aktivitäten für die Kinder, um sie beschäftigt zu halten. Eiscreme und Desserts waren immer verfügbar. Nur unten war es, dass wir Vegetaristen sind und Nahrungsmitteloptionen sind sehr begrenzt, da Griechenland schwer auf Fleisch geht.

Convenient location, about fifteen minutes from Heraklion and the airport. Located on a quiet and pleasant stretch of beach. The rooms are spacious and equipped. Thinking down to the smallest details. Outstanding user experience. A welcome collaboration with Psaki Restaurant. What made our stay extraordinary is the wonderful service and the kind and dedicated staff. Thank you!

From start to finish we had the loveliest holiday, the rooms, pools, food, facilities were all unbelievable. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best possible experience, we stayed in a room with a private pool and could not recommend more! Thank you for making our experience one to remember, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame. With half board, you get a credit to spend — which is actually a clever system — and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included 🤷🏼♀️

We have just had the most incredible days staying at Esperides Resort. From the moment we arrived, all staff were outstanding. My girlfriend and I stayed in a room with a private jetted tub which was well worth the upgrade. We will remember our few days at this hotel for a long time and would love to come back in the future.

Ein atemberaubendes und familienfreundliches Hotel mit allem, was man sich auf dem Gelände wünschen kann. Von einem schönen Fitnessstudio, Swimmingpools in Hülle und Fülle bis hin zu einem unglaublichen Wasserpark vor Ort, nicht nur für die Kleinen, sondern auch für die Großen … es gibt alles! Auch die Food Courts boten so viel Abwechslung mit unterschiedlichen Kulissen für verschiedene Abende. Die Unterhaltung begann gerade, als ich ging, und der Gesang an der Bar war einfach wunderbar, eine tolle Ergänzung für den Raum, um ihm dieses Gefühl der Exklusivität für Erwachsene zu verleihen, abseits der anderen Bereiche des Hotels, die für die ganze Familie gedacht waren.

Just absolutely regular resort, nothing special at all. The food is flat and the drinks are very poor. Even if you go to (only one) all-inclusive al a carte restaurant you will get same food as in buffet and some special meals for money. Small crowded pool and no service on the beach. In general, it's rate 3 out of 5, but it's still completely overpriced.

Room wasn’t ready on arrival. We were offered another hotel for the 1st night however we didn’t accept and decided to stay with my daughter. The staff were extremely apologetic and agreed on our departure we could keep our room on till 6pm . Food was ok and plenty of choice. Ordering drinks from the main bar in the evening was a task and we could be waiting up to 40 mins as only 2-3 staff making drinks.

Ich wartete mehr vom Hotel... Ich glaube nicht, dass die Bilder genau zeigen, was das Hotel bietet... vor allem die Pools... Ich und mein Freund hatten eine sehr schlechte Situation. Wir gingen zu einer Tour in Santorini und das Ferry-Boot war spät auf dem Weg zurück. Unser Führer rief das Hotel um ein spätes Abendessen für uns und das Hotel sagte, sie würden bereitstellen. Als wir ins Hotel kamen, sahen wir, dass sie unsere Lebensmittel auf dem Boden gelegt haben, nahe der Zimmertür. Ich habe einen Fehler gemacht (Ich nehme an) Ich wollte das Ding aushängen, sagen “Machen Sie mein Zimmer” aber ich wähle die falsche Seite und setzen dort “keine Störung” Aber wenn unser Führer das Hotel anruft und sagt, dass wir in Santorini waren, könnten sie ins Zimmer gehen, um unsere Nahrung im Kühlschrank zu setzen oder in der Bar zu halten... Ich ging hinunter und sprach mit einem Kerl in der Rezeption, zeigte ihm das Bild, das ich hier angebracht habe, und er antwortete mir, dass es mein Fehler war, die “keine Störung” an der Tür zu setzen und er konnte nichts für uns tun, wir sollten das Essen essen, das auf dem Boden war 😱😡. Keine Entschuldigung für das... Am Tag nachdem ich mit dem Manager gesprochen habe, entschuldigte sie sich und gab uns einen Gutschein zum Mittagessen. Wir entschuldigten uns, aber ich werde niemals diese Situation vergessen...

Apartment Stella Paradise by Checkin is very conveniently located in Hersonissos - the main city beach is just 5 minutes walk around a corner, 10 minutes of pleasant walk to the city promenade with restaurants and bars, and no more than 20 minutes walk along the coastal line of hotels, restaurants and small pebble beaches to the best nearest sandy beach of Sarandari. The apartments themselves are quite budget style, but at the same time is very comfortable accommodation option for travelers who appreciate the optimal combination of price and quality. Our room consisted of a small bedroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a small kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge and kettle. For those who prefer to cook while traveling, there is a necessary minimum of cooking equipment, but we have ordered breakfasts, which were covered by Stella herself the owner of the apartments. I would like to say a special thank to Stella for all her help during our stay - she recommended wonderful restaurants and beaches, ordered taxi and table in the restaurant, and solved all the minor issues we had, this made travel planning very easy and made our stay very comfortable. Despite the fact that this is not a hotel but a complex of apartments, the room was cleaning every day. And a big advantage was the presence of a terrace where it was convenient to dry bathing suits after the beach, and drink a glass of wine in the evening. I will definitely stay here if I come to Hersonissos again.
