We totally enjoyed our stay in Cloitre des Augustins in Avignon! We had 2 rooms and stayed for 6 nights with family. Rooms are clean, spacious and stylishly furnished. Air conditioning is perfect and with all utensils for making meals. The location is wonderful with lots of cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby. Also walkable to all major attractions such as the Pont d’Avignon (the broken bridge) and Palais de Papes. About 15 minutes walk to Avignon Centre train station which is a bonus if you plan to travel to nearby towns like Arles or Nimes by train. Convenient location and nice rooms. Besides, the host Patrick and his wife are helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended

The owner and host Pascal is very warm, eager to please, excitable and very outgoing. There is a happy hour for guests and Pascal everyday and it is nice to make friends with other guests. A very nice breakfast is good included daily. A short 5-8 minute drive to the lovely but crowded town of L'Isle sur la Sorgue. Pascal helped us book last minute dinner reservations in L'isle sur la Sorgue, which isn't easy to do last minute in September. We especially enjoyed Le Jardin du Quai. Only a four course with no choices at 52 Euros pp. We enjoyed it so much we ate there our last two nights. The ”resort” is in an old Carmelite building that has had refurbishment. It is more rustic Provencal than contemporary. There is an outside covered fairly extensive exercise room, a nice pool, and a very peaceful feel outside on the property. The bees at breakfast were bothersome but nobody got stung and they seemed benign. The clientele was international, but more than 1/2 French. Pascal speaks and understands English well. Les Carmes is quite different than most other places in the region. It reminds me a bit of the Golden ages of travel in the 1950s. It is the opposite of sterile and has a real heart and center.

Jean-Luc is the most welcoming host. He allowed us to check-in early and had the aircon in our room already turned on to cool it down. The quad room itself is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is filling with cheeses, cold-cuts and pastries (and an order to finish everything!!). Jean-Luc also gave us very helpful restaurant recommendations (Le 46 in particular).

Mas des Herbes Blanches is perfectly situated to discover the beautiful Luberon region, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel’s design blends rustic charm with modern comfort, making for a relaxing stay. The service, however, could use some improvement—particularly by the pool, where there was a noticeable lack of staff to take orders.

We stayed at this hotel for a day visit to Avignon followed by an early morning TGV train to Paris. It’s excellently located for this. The reception staff were friendly & welcoming and spoke immaculate English. After our day in Avignon we chilled out by the pool with a cocktail then had a delicious meal in the hotel.

Spacious room with garden view. Good location 3 mins to town and 15 mins to famous lavender field. Reception will give you their best recommendations. Breakfast is expensive at 21euro per pax. Lavender field can be viewed from the hotel too.

Das Hotelhalle ist sehr empfindlich, das Zimmer ist normal, aber auch komfortabel genug, ist gut für den Autofahrer geeignet, neben einem KFC, einem Supermarkt und einem Tee-Shop, kann geliefert werden.

Wir hatten einen sehr nützlichen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Lage war bequem und die allgemeine Atmosphäre war entspannt. Die Ausstattung war gut, obwohl noch ein wenig Raum für Verbesserungen. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung, und wir würden glücklich hier wieder bleiben.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut gepflegt, bieten einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock, das Hotelpersonal ist hilfreich und unterstützt mit Gepäck. Der Fokus ist das erstaunliche Frühstück im Garten, wo die Gäste frischen Orangensaft von einer automatischen Maschine genießen können. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Spa mit einem Pool, Whirlpool, Dampfraum und Sauna, die bis spät geöffnet sind, die Gästen die Entspannung und Entspannung ermöglichen.

Novotel ist wie Novotel, Standard und gleichzeitig ein ordentliches Serviceniveau. Für einen 1-2-tägigen Aufenthalt in Avignon durchaus geeignet.
