Repetimos todos los años. La ubicación es fantástica y el hotel tiene mucho encanto. Una pena que el desayuno esté bajando en calidad. Hubo un fallo por parte del personal y nos dijeron que no había platos al momento. Cuando habíamos terminado, observamos que sacaban huevos y tortillas para otras mesas. Lo comentamos al personal, ya que los pequeños detalles son los que marcan la diferencia.

Dies ist ein sehr gutes Kettenhotel. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber die Einrichtungen sind relativ neu. Es fühlt sich an wie ein kleines, aber gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist praktisch und schnell, mit vielen Variationen und es ist kostengünstig.

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Boutique-Hotel. 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Wir hatten hier einen sehr komfortabelen Aufenthalt.

A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

Ich habe 4 Nächte im Hotel Zinema7 geblieben. Das Hotel verfügt über ein modernes Design, komfortable Zimmer und eine angenehme Atmosphäre insgesamt. Allerdings gab es einige enttäuschende Aspekte des Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentrale, was bedeutet, dass Sie auf Busse oder Taxis häufiger zu verlassen, als erwartet, um die Altstadt und die wichtigsten touristischen Gebiete zu erreichen. Die größte Enttäuschung war, dass das Telefon im Zimmer nicht während des gesamten Aufenthalts funktionierte, trotz der Berichterstattung über das Thema. Leider war es nie behoben, was Kommunikation mit der Empfangsunterbrechung machte. Ein weiterer Enttäuschungspunkt war die komplimentäre Wasserpolitik. Wasser wurde erst am ersten Tag, auch während eines 4-day Aufenthalts, bereitgestellt, was für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie unnötig schädlich fühlte. Das Hotel verfügt über gute Design und komfortable Einrichtungen, aber die Serviceerfahrung und die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Gästekomfort können definitiv verbessert werden.

Well locate outside of city centre for night travel to cross the North of Spain. The place is clean and very well designed. It’s a pity that staff, although pleasant, are not adequately trained. They got into a massive fight with us about double beds. Although available, they refused to give us one.

New hotel very clean nice rooms and wonderful pool.  It’s 25 min walk to the Centro but there is a bus for two euro and tax 9 euro, in the evening it’s hard te get a taxi and find the bus. WE had to walk back twice.  The door locks make a very hard nice which awakes you in the morning

Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und angenehm. Sie sind sehr aufmerksam und sorgen dafür, dass Sie sich großartig fühlen. Andererseits ist die Lage sehr gut, nur fünf Minuten von La Concha entfernt und in der Nähe der Altstadt von San Sebastián. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Sehr moderne Dekoration und Verteilung und mit Einrichtungen für zehn Personen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.
