HHelenWYPThe location is nearby the big mall Wan Xiang Hui for those who love shopping. Just outside the hotel is a bus stop so you can take bus rides to various places. We are given a plate of fresh fruits and yogurt every day. Even during check out, they gifted us a bag consisting of two packs of fruits, and two bottled water. The hotel also freely gave extra bottled water at your request! Such generosity is impressive.
What truly warms the heart is the very friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and those in charge of our room cleanliness each day. They were willing to go the extra mile to assist us and accommodate our requests! Especially commendable are Ms Du Nian Xiang (lobby recep) and Ms Zhao (chambermaid for level 8). Thank you for your gentleness and warm smiles each day!

GGastnutzerAThe front desk staff were so friendly and professional, always happy to help with a smile. We were traveling with our kids, and everyone was really warm and welcoming to them. The kids loved staying here, and that alone made our trip feel extra special.
One thing that really stuck with me is how nice the whole hotel smells — from the lobby to the hallways and even the rooms. It just makes the whole place feel so cozy and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, modern, and had everything we needed. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well taken care of.
We couldn’t have asked for a better family stay. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel.

DDark Lord CI stayed at Linyi Yihe Hotel (Jinjiang) / 临沂大剧院沂河宾馆（锦江） from 22–25 January, and I honestly left thinking, “Yes, this is how a hotel should be run.”
First impressions were strong: the lobby felt fresh and well-kept, and check-in was quick with staff who were polite without being overly formal. The room was spotless and thoughtfully set up for an easy, comfortable stay. The bed was genuinely good, the shower felt new and powerful, and little details like the heated smart toilet made winter mornings far less grim than usual. 
What I appreciated most was how practical everything was. There’s a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is a real bonus on a short trip, and even takeaway deliveries are handled smoothly with a delivery robot, so you don’t end up hovering around reception. 
Despite being near the Grand Theatre and a main road, the room stayed pleasantly quiet at night, so sleep wasn’t an issue.  Breakfast was a solid buffet, not flashy, but reliable and well-managed, with staff keeping things topped up. 
Overall, it felt clean, calm, and competently staffed—excellent value for money, and I’d happily book it again.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket.
İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours.
The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30…
the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.

Einer ist gelb, die Gesundheit ist besorgniserregend, nicht im Einklang mit den Standards der Hygiene-Wohnung, sondern plötzlich am Morgen ein Stromausfall. Ich kann nichts tun. Ich möchte nicht nach unten gehen, ich kann nicht nach unten gehen. Es hat ernsthafte Auswirkungen auf die normale Bearbeitung von Notfällen, und es ist, dass der Rezeptordienst verbessert werden muss. Ich habe das Rezeptor um 10:20 Uhr morgens mit einem Gesicht gedreht, als ob ich ihr Geld schulde. Ich hoffe, dass Ihr Unternehmen das Problem so schnell wie möglich lösen wird. Wenn es nicht geht, werde ich an die oberste Abteilung reagieren, Ich hoffe, ich werde das nächste Mal wieder leben und diese Probleme nicht mehr auftreten.

I had an excellent experience at Lanou International Hotel (Linyi Tongda Road Suhe North Street Branch). The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making my stay relaxing after long days.
The staff truly stood out — they were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
One of the highlights was the drop-off service. It’s not a bus, but a VIP private car just for you, which made transportation easy, comfortable, and premium. This level of service is rare and truly impressive.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. After this experience, during my visits to China, I will only be staying with this hotel brand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a premium experience.

Sie buchten online Taxi und wir können ohne Verzögerung zum Bahnhof kommen. Selbst das war Regen, sie buchen auch ein anderes Online-Taxi, wenn unser Gepäck nicht genug war.. sie begleiten uns und geben einige Snacks während wir nicht Frühstück, weil es 5 Uhr war.
