The hotel was good, clean and convenient for families, business travelers. Only one problem is the guests are smoking every area including elevators and dinning area. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I like Vienna International hotel in Taihu. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good and refreshed rooms. Modern facilities. The location is very central. Near to the 6ft lane tourist attraction. Breakfast restaurant was very average and the spread was non appetising. They need to work on the breakfast and have more fruits and more options for international travellers. Will give 4/5stars.

Location was good, nearby to a big plaza. Cleanliness is still acceptable in the room. Service from the staff was great and helpful. Facilities are poor, you have to do your own laundry service (if you do not have time for example you need to goto work or walk around the city then no one will do it for you.), only self service laundry which I do not like. Breakfast was just okay but I can say poor as well. Foods are the same everyday (if you stay more than 1 day, you will not want to eat it after your second or third days). I was eating western style, no knife and folk for me even upon request. How do you apply butter on breads if there is no knife? Coffee was bad. The hotel lift is old, looks terrible but working. And payment was terrible, not accepting international credit cards and expecting foreigners to bring enough cash? Overall, if you are not too demanding then you can stay. For me, well... you know what is my answer.

Es ist gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut, gut,
